- Everything is very old and in bad shape - Squeaking noises at every single move, one cannot sleep - Collective toilet and shower on a floor (we were lucky too have one in the room, though small and ugly it was better than none) - abandoned restaurant rooms at ground floor used for breakfast, not a good ambient overall - poor breakfast (I have never seen before boiled eggs cut in slices and served on a plate at buffet)

The location, the balcony the view the staff the breakfast sit outs. Literally each and everything. Highly recommended

We enjoyed everything especially our cosy room with lake view. Location was exceptionally unbeatable just a few mins walk from the boat pier. Breakfast at the lake was wonderful. Also love the vibes of the atmosphere inside the house even the wooden floor was squeaky. The most impressive thing was that I dropped my card holder (travel card +small money) around the reception area. The lady at the house instantly texted me in the inbox. Thank you so much for your honest (to your colleague) and kind service. Very appreciated.

The hot shower seemed to not working properly (only in my room I guess).

Location was great also the stuff were really friendly! I liked the vibe of the place! Also the room and back yard were beautiful!

I would be great to have some gluten free options on the breakfast and also the air in the hotel wasn’t the best, but I can understand since it’s old building.

The location is very close to the boat ferry, if you have large luggage and travel by public transportation it will be very convenient to walk to the property. The room is matched with the picture, it was bigger than I expected as reading the review. The staff is really nice and friendly. Good breakfast especially the view of the garden and lake. Highly recommended.

No lift but it was what we expected. But people travel with large suitcases might have to consider the room on the lower floor.

The room was not clean. The floor was very noise, like very very old. At least it should stay on booking what to expect to.. No view like they sad in the annonce.

It has a beautiful garden and location was good.

We did not like the way we were treated by the staff. We arrived late because of unexpected traffic situation during our trip. We kept the staff informed through out. The staff suggested they will wait till we arrive. Later, when we reached, the staff said that they were angry because we arrived late, which showed as rude greetings upon our arrival. This invited unnecessary discussion. During the discussion they also commented on our nationality by saying 'Indie Loud'. It was hard for us to understand why they were angry as they never expressed it till we reached. They had a mechanism of dropping the keys in a secure place from where we could have picked it up, they could have suggested this option to us instead of conveniently getting angry at us. Anyway, cutting it short, this could have been handled appropriately and with a bit of maturity. No need to include nationality in the discussion because there are countless things Indians are apart from being loud. Some of the qualities are being exceptionally polite and understanding.
