Unser Haus ist ein 1930 erbautes Landhaus, das kürzlich restauriert wurde
professionell dekoriert unter der Leitung eines renommierten Bewahrers
und Designerin Jane Coslick, deren Arbeit in vielen gezeigt wurde
Zeitschriften wie Coastal Living, HGTV und die Herbst / Winter-Ausgabe des Cottage Style Magazine! Darüber hinaus dieses charmante
Cottage, genannt Doc Holiday, wurde kürzlich in Cottage vorgestellt
Style-Magazin. Es wurde mit modernem in das 21. Jahrhundert gebracht

Epoche. Doc Holiday verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche, 2 Master
Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und angrenzenden Badezimmern
Schlafraum mit 4 Betten. Es gibt ein halbes Bad im Flur und einen privaten
Außendusche mit warmem und kaltem Wasser. Der Wohnbereich und das Essen
Bereich sind offene Grundrisse mit Originalverkleidung weiß lackiert auf der
Wände und Gewölbedecke. Beim Essen gibt es Platz für 6 Personen
Tisch und 4 an der Bar und es hängt ein Kronleuchter aus Muschel
Der Tisch. In den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gibt es Fernseher
Zimmer. Draußen auf der abgeschirmten Veranda gibt es ein Sofa, Korbwaren
Stühle und ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, an denen Sie die Welt beobachten können.
Es weht eine herrliche Brise und eine schöne Aussicht auf den Park nebenan und die
schattige Straße vor (es ist ein Radweg für die Insel). In der Nacht
schalten Sie die Funkeln ein, um ein weiches Leuchten zu erhalten. Es gibt eine gemauerte Terrasse
mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Gasgrill zum Kochen einiger saftiger Steaks oder
saftige, frische, lokale Meeresfrüchte. Es gibt auch eine abgeschirmte Veranda neben
zur Terrasse mit einem Tisch und 8 Stühlen. Es ist ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zum
Meer und wir haben einen Strandwagen in der Hütte für unsere Gäste.

We enjoyed our stay at Tybee. The cottage was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The pool was an added delight.Suggestions: ceiling fans on the front porch. Hand held shower heads, especially in the outdoor shower- to help with sand removal. I enjoyed my coffee on the porch every morning, but fans would have been perfect!

Loved our stay in this cute little cottage. Fully equipped kitchen, steps to the beach and some gently used beach gear (mainly body boards, sand castle gear and a couple very small umbrellas) in the basement likely left by other renters that we found super helpful. Beds are super soft.

Cute cottage decorated in beach style/bright colors. Great location with easy walk to beach. Mattress in first bedroom needs to be replaced. We had issues with the pool, but the property managers worked with us. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool during our vacation. Overall a nice and charming cottage that was very pretty and an easy walk to beach, some shops and restaurants. Tybee is beautiful and we hope to visit again.

The Doc Holiday was the perfect spot for our group to enjoy all that Tybee has to offer. The place was neat, clean and had everything we needed to stay in and have a meal together. It was also so easy to walk to all the great restaurants and beaches. The property manager responded to text messages right away and was very helpful. If you are looking for a fun rental that is centrally located to all that Tybee has to offer, this is the place.

This is an amazing property! It has plenty of room to spread out, it's close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Its in a quiet neighborhood. We loved and utilized the huge front porch and swimming pool a lot. The rental was well equipped and very clean. It had everything we needed. I HIGHLY recommended this property on Tybee!

We loved Doc Holiday. This was our 4th visit to Tybee. We have always rented thru Tybee Cottages. This was the cleanest pool of any house we have ever stayed in Georgia, Florida or Alabama. Doc has everything you need, even a cheese grater--hey sometimes it's the little things that make you feel like you are at home. The property is very well maintained and loved.

Perfect vacation home for our family. The ease of check in and location to the beach and restaurants was just what we were looking for. Our family loved the house, multiple outside seating areas and especially the heated private pool. This house is decorated with the right amount of beachy comfort. We would absolutely stay here again!

High hopes based on prior reviews, but our least enjoyable Tybee stay so far. Minimal communication from Manager after monies received; guest services tried. Pool NEVER heated, despite stressing this was a key rental point and asking for confirmation that it was “in proper working heating order” before arrival ... and even after 2 visits from pool guy during our stay. Doc Holiday is a sweet property and great location, but it needs all new mattresses, cookware, the grill was so nasty we never used it, HDMI cable to dvd also inoperative and the dishwasher did not dry. Wish I could post photos of the completely clogged outside dryer vent cover (which my husband cleaned) and the moldy bathroom HVAC vent. Ruined the long awaited fall break of two military families. Don’t bother purchasing expensive trip insurance as we did; Hurricane Ian was headed to the Georgia coast so we left 3 days early. Everything on the island was either already shut down or shutting down. Since mandatory evacuation was not declared, they will not refund our money ... nor did we get any reimbursement or even an apology for all the hassles and kid’s pool disappointment. These annual Tybee renters will no longer be using this rental company.

We had a great stay this past week at the cottage. We took our 3 year old and the location was PERFECT! The house is right next to a great park and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. You can also walk to the ice cream shop. The pool is awesome, it’s a great size. There is so many options for hanging out outside and we loved that too!

We enjoyed our stay at Doc Holiday and especially the pool! It was a hot week and it was the perfect temperature for a cool swim in the morning and refreshing after a day at the beach. Our only complaint was on two occasions maintenance personnel showed up and we were not notified. Our privacy felt a little compromised. With that said we would definitely book this place again!

We love tybee! This house has the perfect location- quiet street, close to the playground, walking distance from the beach. My disabled mother was able to more easily access the beach this year and we LOvED the pool! The a/c unit isnt as effective in the back room the the only issue. Loves everything about this house, esp the old captains door in the bathroom! Thank you for allowing my family to stay and create amazing memories!

The pool was small, but a big hit with our family (especially the kids)! The house has lots of different spaces where people can do their own thing. Highly recommend getting a golf cart, as we did -- you can get to the grocery, beach, restaurants, stores, and sites easily and safely. Biggest hassle was to and from the airport -- don't trust Uber on this -- use a local shuttle surface. The Doc Holiday cottage was perfect for our family!

It was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is well appointed. The linens we nice and soft and the towels were plentiful. We traveled with young children and they loved the bunk bed room with the individual reading lights. The other two bedrooms were both great- it is nice they each have their own bathroom. The screened porch is excellent to relax on. The cottage is right next to a park, on a bike route and very close to the beach.The management company was accommodating with our requests and quick and friendly in all communications. We were very pleased with everything and will consider returning again if we come back to Tybee.

Doc Holiday Cottage is the best! We usually stay in large houses on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This year due to COVID we opted for something smaller. We were so happy with our choice. Doc Holiday is the perfect Tybee cottage. The screened porch was the highlight. Sitting and watching people enjoy Memorial Park and ride by on bicycles was so relaxing. The location to the beach was wonderful. The Cottage feels very spacious and the outdoor space offers lots of room to spread out. I will definitely be staying at Doc Holiday Cottage again and again.

We rent bikes so once we get there, we never have to get in the car - except for that first trip to the grocery store. It is clean and bright and stocked with everything for the week. Our Girl Scout troop really enjoyed the cottage. The bunk room was perfect for the girls to sleep in. It had everything we needed to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and location to the beach was great. Nice quiet area and we even had a black cat that visited us at least twice a day that was very friendly. Front porch was nice to sit out on and had plenty of seating for everyone as well as the small outside patio area.

Doc Holiday is, in our opinion, the absolute perfect vacation rental. The decorating is gorgeous. It's three blocks to the beach - and chairs are provided! Restaurants within walking distance. The picnic table under the house. The grill. The screened-in-porch. The comfy beds. The outdoor shower. We had an absolutely phenomenal stay. Any tiny issue we had Jim Heflin dealt with rapidly and with good humor. We are already trying to plan a trip back for next year. We're in love with Tybee, Savannah, and especially with Doc Holiday.
