It's an excellent location, in amongst lots of bars & restaurants, but only about 12 mins from Praia Grande beach which is beautiful with some lovely beach bars. The room was spotlessly clean & the maid even left us little boxes to keep our toiletries tidy. I took my own hair dryer but didn't need to use it as there is a very good one with a nozzle in the bathroom. There was a communal area in the entrance with complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits & fruit. The only thing we bought was fresh milk from a little convenience store opposite to keep in the communal fridge (they even provide sticky labels so you can put your name on it). I went for a few days with my friend & for two ladies on their own we felt very safe. We were even given a10% discount card to use on food & drinks in the local restaurants in the square. Andrew, the owner, was very friendly & helpful.

The only thing some people might not like is the fact that you are in amongst restaurants & bars, so it is obviously a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us as we didn't go to bed early & when you've finished eating & drinking it's literally a few steps home

Nothing to say that is negative. Lovely room- spotlessly clean. The place is located in the square at Ferraguda- therefore you should expect some noise from the restaurants. Would stay again.

The owner was a very friendly guy who gave tips right during the check in. The whole property was so clean that it was a pleasure to come back every day!

Might get a bit noisy during the night due to its location on the square.

Beautifully furnished room with all amenities. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.l Staff are very welcoming and efficient. They really looked after me during my solo stay.

Bear in mind, there is not a lift. All rooms are on the first floor. However staff kindly carried my luggage up and down for me. The accommodation is separate from the restaurant and you will be given keys to come and go as you wish.

The shower was slow to heat and slow to drain also not a place for an early night sleep or lie in if you sleep light.

Everything. location is fabulous. The rooms are above the bars and restaurant. but for us that wasn’t an issue. The room was lovely. Clean and well equipped complete with air conditioning. The restaurant below we ate in both nights. Beautiful food and good sized portions. The hosts-Helena and Andrew-were so nice and couldn’t do enough for us both. it’s so good we’ve already booked for next year.

Location was really good right in the heart of the village atmosphere. Lovely walk to the beach. Lots of really good restaurants close by. If you like to go to bed quite early there can be some noise from the restaurants in the square outside.

Would have liked some outside space but we knew when we booked the room didn’t have a balcony. Our room was lovely though.

Ideal location. Just love ferragudo. Perfect stay, very comfortable, very friendly, cleanliness outstanding! Highly recommend!

The rooms ar above a restaurant square, which is nice during the day, but in the evning and up untill 2-3 AM so noisy that we couldn't sleep. It was really too much. Other then that everything was great.

The room was perfect !! Clean, comfortable. Beautiful beach just 5 min away. Restaurants just next to the apartaments. Andrew was sooo helpful with our accomodation. We had some problems with extension of our stay and he took care of everything. Couldn’t think of a better host :)) We will be back ❤️

For light sleepers it can get a bit noisy at night , because of the restaurants, but there are ear plugs in the room.

Being a property located in the center, there is noise late in the night, but for the ones who enjoy night life this may be a plus.

Perfect location for me since I like to be in a busier, happening by location. These rooms have windows that open up to a square with multiple restaurants. It can be quite noisy in the evening, but I like that. It quiets down at about 10:30 PM. The rooms are small, but everything is updated and extremely clean and fun and nice! The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The beach is located a short walk away. It is in the fun older section of town that is cute and quaint. There is a wide range of food type and shops right in the area.

Great service, clean rooms, very good location (nearby the restaurants and beach), excellent price-quality ratio. Most exceptional thing is the great personal attention from the owners en the exceptional cleaning services! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Very central location in the square. Ferragudo is a beautiful old fishing village. The beaches around this area are stunning. Excellent restaurants close by. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful when I needed to find a dentist. Infact they arranged an appointment and drove me to the door of dentist in a nearby town. I was really grateful for their help.

I can't recommend this place enough! First, it is perfeclty located in the best spot of Ferragudo. Then, the staff & owner are really nice and caring, the suite is wonderful, everything is perfectly clean and greatly decorated, there is a lot of space to store and the bed is so comfortable ! Don't think twice, just go.

There is nothing I didn't like and I will definitely stay there again when I pass by Ferragudo
