Hotel was lovely. Comfortable. Clean. Checkin staff was lovely. Check out staff was bland Food was lovely dinner great. Breakfast excellent. Location is great

Now. Our room was above back yard which looks horrendous. Very untidy. When bar staff emptied bottles out it must been after 1am! The fire alarm went of around midnight! And the partying went on until 3.30 am all right outside our bedroom window. So if your hoping for a good restful sleep at this hotel I def wouldn't recommend it at all!! But apart from an obvious party going on in hotel and lack of sleep overall nice hotel we maybe just picked bad night to stay.😭😭

The sinks in the bathroom. Two taps:(. Much better for one tap that hot& cold water can flow from. If I was to stay again this would b my requests!!!!:)

well located in the Moy.

Had to unblock shower each time was used. Water not draining properly. Went to put clothes in wardrobe and found a pair of ladies knickers in draw!

The hotel was lovely. Great location.

The room we stayed in 120. Was far too noisy. There was a door that constantly banged at the end of the corridor. This was the only down fall really.

Staff was very helpfull and did extreme their best to give an excellent service. The food in the restaurant, in the evening and in the morning was of high quality and tastefully prepared.

Our room was rather noisy, their was an self closing door at ground level and when not closed with care made a loud bang each someone went in or out.

Breakfast was excellent .unexpected Vegetarian option of omelette which was delicious . Try and you .

Room was extremely warm being in the top floor. Only One sash window opened and the other only a short way. The reception staff kindly provided a fan when we asked if there was one available which helped. The kettle flex didn’t reach the power point which could be an issue for some. The cups could be bigger as we like out tae but that’s only a very minor point . Overall we loved our stay . Thank you .
