Great view, nice pool

Garden a little bare.

Everything was fantastic. Breathtaking views, lovely pool, well decorated apartment. . The sea was very nice for swimming and snorkeling, even for fishing. The maid arranged fresh fish and gave us some nice local tips. She even cooked for us. There is a shop by the entrance, where you can get everything. The hosts were very helpful and caring. They arranged our airport transfers, excursion and our ile aux cerf trip. Thanks lot

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Price was inclusive of breakfast on booking com while making reservations during the stay, but we get complimentary basket on first day only with bread, milk, egg. We need to buy grocery at a nearby store for rest of the days to manage.

The apartment really worked for us. My teenage daughter had enough space to spend time on her own in the bedroom on the mezzanine, yet the apartment is organised for spending time together. Small, but spacious and with fantastic sea views from the terrace, the main bedroom and the kitchen. Furnished with taste with a blend of East meets West, and super functional. Really enjoyed the terrace with the wonderful tree tops for shade, bird songs and ambiance. Shops within 5 mins for essentials and good public beaches within a short drive. Good restaurants within walking distance. Natasha, the cleaning lady was ever so helpful.

Better mattresses would have made for a perfect stay!

It's a stunning villa in an amazing location. We rented the ground floor and 1st floor villa as we were staying with our extended family. The villa itself is well decorated with good sized rooms, really nice bathrooms and great living room. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything from cutlery, saucepans to a coffee machine and dishwasher. The infinity pool and that gorgeous view was the perfect combination!! The view from the villa is to die for! This is what people come to Mauritius for and this place did not disappoint. You have amazing views of the sea, boats and cliffs from the kitchen, the pool or any window. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. She contacted us before our stay, during and on leaving as well. The housekeeper Natasha was always there to answer our queries and super helpful. P.S. You can get fresh seafood directly from the fishermen when they come back from fishing in the morning. Just ask Natasha to let you know and point you in the right direction.

The place is clean and there is a great view. The hosts were nice, polite and helpful. The shop is conveniently located with 5-minute walk.

The information displayed by booking.com for check-in and check-out is incorrect and misleading. On the website it is mentioned that check-out is until 8pm when in fact the host asked us to leave before 11am. When the upper floor apartment is occupied at full capacity (8pax), it becomes a bit tight, specially if it is raining as the main gathering place is on the terrace. Booking.com mentioned that there is a private beach down the rocks where you can swim. The fact is there is actually no beach, only access to water via a jetty and the water is not very clean to swim in.

[ ] Initial cordial exchange with owner via booking and on first day [ ] Breakfast delivered at door due to covid but it was still nice to get local bread n pastry + eggs provided for the stay [ ] Cleaning lady is helpful and had unfortunately to deal with all the issues we encountered [ ] Owner agreed to have family come over to visit provided the other persons staying in were not disturbed by noise.

Disappointed by the house and deceived by the pictures [ ] Configuration of rooms [ ] It is like big boxes next to each other. [ ] Living room and kitchen are on the veranda. Even if you close the shutters there is open space for mosquitoes to come in. Due to this configuration you could hear people staying on 1st floor talking and they could hear us too. No privacy respected [ ] Kitchen too compact and dishwasher outside (on our request) but it was a very uncomfortable setting [ ] Toilets connecting and you can overhear your neighbour. No privacy [ ] One of the toilets does not have air filtering system. It has a window connecting to the toilet of the master bedroom. So it means, the occupants of the master bedroom could hear and smell everything [ ] No hot water on for 4 days [ ] Grass to reach pool is not mowed [ ] Not at all practical with a 19 month old baby [ ] Not worth the price which is too exhorbitant for the quality [ ] Cleaning is quite ok [ ] Locked in bathroom. Key stuck. Refreshing needed.

Very nice apartment - with spectacular view! Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is also infinity pool with view over the ocean.

Amazing place! Strongly advice to stay at groung floor apartment...just perfect!

The place is amazing and the owner very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend to everyone, the place is baby friendly. They hepled us organize some trips and allowed us late check out. If I should choose one place to stay in Mauritius, this would be my choice!
