Great place to stay in Camden! Bright, spacious, quiet property with easy walk to town - restaurants, harbor, shops. Quiet and lots of space for 2 people. Kitchen has every appliance/utensil you could need - coffee maker, bean grinder, blender, etc! Deck & sunporch great spots to relax in AM & PM... highly recommend!

We stayed in this condo one week while visiting friends in Camden. It’s clean, very convenient and walkable to downtown and very comfortable. The host is friendly and communicative. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just a heads up that there is only a shower - no bathtub. We would stay again.

This fabulous condo was perfect for us! We loved the location within easy walking distance to Camden (which we thought was beautiful). The space is so bright, even when it was pouring rain, and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and we enjoyed the outside deck. It was nice to have essentials provided so we didn't have to buy paper towels, etc. We really appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
Paul is a wonderful host! Communication is great and we had an opportunity to meet him one evening.
We would come back here in a heartbeat, and I'm sure we will.

My husband and I stayed 1 week in this wonderful vacation home. The location was perfect with easy walk to everything in town. Parking is off street and very safe. The unit is suitable for couples but be aware of steps to climb to second level. Well worth it for the view from a well maintained deck. It’s sunny and very comfortable. Loved our stay! Thank you to Paul for the attentive hospitality.

Beautiful, artsy town located in a picturesque area where the Megunticook River meets the West Penobscot Bay. The apartment was beautifully and simply decorated and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, art galleries and the harbor. Ate at several wonderful eateries, including 40 Paper, Fresh and Co., Peter Ott, and Zoot’s Coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Paul was a welcoming and very helpful host.

The apartment is lovely, conveniently located, and just right for one couple. Camden's harbor front is a short walk. The entrance to the property isn't obvious, so knowing we'd be arriving after dark, the host sent us photos showing us how to access the property. Paul is an exceptionally attentive host and helped us make the best of our visit to Camden. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

This apartment is comfortable & very clean.
The natural light thru all the windows is pleasant and feels homey. Location is excellent to restaurants and downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Enough room for 2. The bonus room (sunroom) is also very nice for morning coffee or go outdoors onto the shaded deck.
Paul was very easy to reach if needed. He’s a very pleasant person to communicate with.

Loved the property, everything as described and better in person! Paul is a terrific host, very available and knowledgeable. Have made many visits to Camden/area and this was possibly the best. Unit has everything you need, I did inquire about a clothes iron which was happily supplied and thank you! We were comfortable inside and also loved the deck and view! Would gladly return and hope to!

We had a lovely one week stay at this sweet one bedroom apartment in Camden. Having a full kitchen with all amenities needed made for easy morning breakfasts and dinners when we chose to cook. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings- a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Paul was wonderfully attentive and made the stay very easy. We highly recommend and hope to return next year!

We have never visited Camden and this place was perfect for us. Paul was very accommodating and available if we needed anything. The property has an open floor plan and is within a short distance to the water, shops, etc..

This is a very roomy apartment style place. Nicely appointed with full kitchen. It is just a couple of blocks up the street from downtown Camden. No need to drive your car if that’s were your planning to go. There is a small grocery and pharmacy within walking distance. Camden puts you in a good place to travel up or down the coast. The property manager is very attentive and helpful.

The apartment was well located in the middle of downtown Camden.The property was as listed,well appointed and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay at this property and would stay there again. Easy parking, nicely decorated and well stocked, large kitchen. Only thing that might be a minor drawback was that it had baseboard heating which made ticking noises for some time after it kicked on.If are a light sleeper may be annoying.Paul was very helpful and available.Bed was very comfortable. Saw reviews about the mattress not being comfortable,of course we all have preferences for mattresses…I had no issue.

This spacious airy cozy apartment is located literally just a few blocks from excellent restaurants shopping the harbor. Our host was helpful and informative. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and even some essentials for breakfast… All welcome when you are tired from being on the road. All in all this was the best place we stayed in a 3 Week Rd. trip. We would definitely recommend this place highly! Oh and yes the views of the skyline of Camden were beautiful especially at sunrise.

So lovely. The bright, open, airy, generous space had everything we needed. Great kitchen & dining for eating in, huge master, living, sun, laundry rooms. A fine bathroom. Big deck overlooking town. Nearby parking - free. Really, all was excellent. As was our host.

My husband and I loved our 4 night stay at this spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and sunny apartment, conveniently located a block from downtown. The bed and multiple sitting areas were comfortable and cozy and we appreciated the washer and dryer and the treats the wonderful host, Paul, left for us. Paul was super responsive, and once he knew our interests, provided us some excellent tips on things to do and see. We will return!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a very nice deck and grill. We utilized both. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Paul left treats and breakfast food for us which was very appreciated. I unfortunately was not able to enjoy them as I have Type 1 diabetes and avoid alot of normal foods, but very much appreciated the thought. Thank you!
The location to town was perfect. We walked everywhere as parking in town was a pain and usually not available, but we didn't need that. It is on a major thoroughfare, or as major as the streets get in a small town, so the street was busy. Just a heads-up if you are lookinh for peace and quiet! It is also above a business but that was not an issue. My only one suggestion for the owner would be to invest in a new mattress for the bed as we did not sleep very well. It felt a bit like we were sleeping on springs. Overall A+ and we had a very enjoyable stay!

My husband and I loved this place. It is perfectly located, only a short walk to Main St. in Camden, or down to the harbor. Very safe and secure, and totally comfortable for our needs. Paul was such a nice host, answering texts promptly with answers to our questions. We enjoyed being able to do our own laundry, and the kitchen contains everything you need to cook, though we only made simple breakfasts. One night, we kept our 9 year old grandson, who slept soundly on the living room sofa/sleeper. It is spacious enough to cook and serve a family dinner, if you are inclined, and the grocery store is only 2 blocks away. Delightful place to experience lovely Camden, Maine.

Apartment is grand
This apartment is spacious and well appointed. The location is good for exploring Camden. Walk everywhere in town. I only deducted one star for the less than 5 star quality of the mattress and the bedroom is street side so you can hear a bit of traffic. All the furnishings are high end and beautiful. Paul is very helpful and knowledgeable. This place is a lot nicer than most VRBO apartments in the town in my opinion.

Great apartment
Very spacious one bedroom with a perfect view off the sunroom and deck. We stayed with a 13 year old who had enough privacy and space in a living room couch/sleep away bed. Communication was excellent and Paul was very responsive. Location is within walking distance to everything in Camden and a short drive to nearby towns. We’ll definitely consider coming again.

This property offered all I needed for a restful stay in a beautiful location. It is quiet, convenient, spacious, beautifully decorated and appointed. It's homey and welcoming, and I felt completely comfortable during a ten day stay. Paul responded immediately to messages and generously offered suggestions and advice. Don't hesitate....this is the place to stay in Camden. And Camden is the place to go if you're looking for a charming, quaint harbor town.

From Day 1, Paul, the property manager was extremely professional. We were in communication with him in the days leading up to and during our stay. He really went the extra mile! The property is absolutely stunning and perfect for a couples getaway. It's central location is within walking distance to everything and has beautiful harbor view from the deck....perfect for morning coffee. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Conveniently located "nest" exceeded expectations
This rental actually lives up to - and exceeds - the photos and description given on the website! Very well maintained and tastefully decorated condo with all the amenities one could ask for. Paul was likewise a joy to deal with and offered the "just right" degree of communication. No complaints whatsoever; this property is highly recommended.

Absolutely the best
This place is perfect for a couple. Very large second floor with deck overlooking Camden. It is completely equipped for cooking and living, nicely decorated and comfortable. Paul is a friendly host who is incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is optimal - quiet but a couple of short blocks to downtown Camden in one direction and the farmers' market in the other. We will go back - it is the best VRBO we've ever had.

OVERALL A GREAT APARTMENT
This is a very comfortable and well-maintained apartment above a lightly used office, about a five minute walk from downtown. The kitchen is complete, and there is also an outdoor Weber on the deck. Paul is a very friendly manager on-call for any questions or problems. Our only reservations related to the TV programming, which is really bare-bones basic (not a baseball game to be found) and the bed which had only a very warm duvet as covering despite the summer temperatures. But the bedroom AC works well!

Perfect for a getaway
This clean, spacious, well-appointed apartment is very comfortable and an easy walk to town, waterfront, and several very good restaurants. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee in the sunroom looking out over the town below. Paul is an excellent host, and the property is exactly as he described. Highly recommend.

The best that Camden has to offer!!
Our host, Paul was top of the line. From the moment we booked his response time was exceptional. He was there to answer every question and provide everything we needed. This apartment was so clean, so beautiful and complete. This is a chef's kitchen which made cooking a pleasure. Very quiet and accessible to all this sweet new England town has to offer. Spring had arrived complete with lilacs, iris and azaleas! We cannot fully express our pleasure with this property, pure joy!

Nice apartment, Great Location
My husband and I stayed here the first week in August. The apartment is newly renovated. It is decorated nicely and has everything that you need for a great stay. The water view isn't much to speak of, but it is a short 5 minute walk to the harbor. There are many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The local grocery, French & Brawn is easy to walk to, but I would recommend you drive about 5 minutes to Hannaford Supermarket for better selection and prices. The apartment has an air conditioning unit for the bedroom only. That should be sufficient most of the time, as it's not usually extremely hot in Maine. The week we stayed it was unusually hot & humid, but Paul (owner) was quick to bring us fans to help out. We had a great stay here and I would highly recommend that you try it for yourself.
