It was cheap and convenient for us, did the job. Staff were fine. Plenty of seating outside the room which was nice. Breakfast was served in a nice kitchen area

Room was very small, could barely open our suitcase. Room was hot and stuffy and the bedside light was temporamental

The personnel at the hotel went above and beyond to help us with the booking of shuttle services and tours. That made our stay a lot easier. The common areas are nice and tidy, there’s a little rooftop terrace with a nice view of a neighboring volcano.

The hostel is a bit further away from the city center than other places in San Pedro.

The room was very comfortable and the premises were clean and colorful

The location is whatever and barely any staff available to help with questions. Only bottled water was available for drinking (creates unnecessary plastic waste)

the host Robert was extremely helpful and very accommodating to our needs. breakfast was good where one helped themselves like cereals , eggs, ham etc plus coffee/ tea. the property provides packed breakfast box for the early tour pick ups.

the property requires one to walk about 10 minutes into town to the restaurant and located at the edge of town but the walk was an easy one

The staff is really helpful and accommodating. They tried to help in anything they could. early check in? sure. stop on the way when returning from a tour in Bolivia? sure. we also ordered an astronomical tour through the hostel, and it was excellent. In English (not trivial in Chile or San Pedro), and the best from what we heard when comparing with other travelers experience. So, we feel we were in very good hands, with staff that really want us to have a great experience in San Pedro. the room itself was very comfortable too. and we used the common kitchen (which was spotless) and bicycles. there is a cute roof balcony with excellent view of the volcano.

The bathroom sometimes had a bad smell from the suer. it came a few times and disappeared.

property was clean and nice. room was cozy and just right for two people for a short stay. 15 min walk from the Main Street, restaurants and shopping district.

Robert is the best host I have seen in my life. he has gone extra mile to provide all the right information about tours, food places, and other things! He was always available and always checking if we needed anything! Property is also 10 min walk to center of San Perdro center. They have 2 cute cats for cat lovers. would recommend everyone to stay here

Amazing! Loved this hostal. It was so comfortable and lovely after a 3 day trip from Uyuni. The staff are so friendly, Robert really helped us a lot. Our room was perfect and we loved the breakfast and kitchen setup!

The hostal was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Definitely the most cosy beds of our trip. Our host, Robert, went above and beyond for us when we needed to get a PCR test last minute. We really appreciated all the help and were thoroughly impressed with the hostal in general. Stay here! 😊

Breakfast was delicious and lots of with a variety for everyone's tastes, our room was a matrimonial room and was fantastic very clean and spacious with a daily cleaning service included in the price. We had a couple of tours made through the hostal and organised by Robert (our virtual friend) who was excellent, the tours were delivered without problems and very enjoyable too with very knowledgeable tour guides.

We can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Staff were great at communicating information about the hotel and things to do in San Pedro. The room was clean and a good size and there was a radiator which kept everything warm. There was also always hot water.

Great place! Comfy bed, awesome shower pressure and temperature.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable with heating, large homely kitchen, lots of ammenities, decorated nicely, 2 gorgeous cats to stroke, the staff also made us a snack to take as we left before breakfast, no complaints atall :)
