Easy walking distance to Inverness center. Lovely, comfortable room, huge tv and great breakfast selection. Pearl was very accommodating and helpful with tips of what to see in the area. Would stay again. Parking space, which seems to be at a premium in Inverness! (If fully booked, the guests need to move the cars around to let other guests out, but it worked fine).

The coffee in the room was instant cappuccino. I prefer regular black.

Very comfortable and hospitable. Super close to the city center without the hustle and bustle of city center traffic. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Rooms aren't huge, but more than comfortable. No elevator/lift, so if you have mobility issues be sure to request a room on the ground floor.

The breakfast was excellent and I didn't need to eat again until dinner. The guesthouse was very close to the city centre also. The owner of the guesthouse was very helpful with any inquiries that I had.

The breakfast is awesome - good variety & spread, scrumptious, more than adequate, excellent quality. Above all, excellent, personalized care for us. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful in providing breakfast as per our individual taste and requirement. She serves at 8.00 am, but as we had to leave early for our bus tour, she got up early and served us at 7.00 am and that too a scrumptious breakfast. She is a like a lovely grandma fussing over her children to give them the best of the food. Also, the decor of the dining room and the crockery and also the cutlery she has laid out is awesome. The room also is well done up, tastefully and having everything required for a nice stay available without asking. She has thought of everything, maybe better than the top star hotels. Very cozy room, cozy place. I would go back whenever am there

Highly recommend the Fairfield Villa. The location, breakfast and room were great! Off-street parking was convenient. Comfortable walk to downtown area for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.

Close to rail station. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Friendly host.

Owner was very accommodating and friendly, if I were to be perdantic the plates for my breakfast could have been warmer. But the food was very good.
