This was our 2nd time staying here and we were just as happy as we were the first time!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room! The condo is clean and well stocked. We also love the location!
My kids always ask to go back to “The Bear Hotel”. They love all the bear decor!

Wonderful, cozy condo conveniently located close to Loon mountain and Lincoln's many restaurants. Spent the week here with my family, including 3 teens, and there was ample space for everyone to feel comfortable.
Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed.
Fireplace added extra charm. Loved the 1st floor entry for ease of access and easy load-in of groceries etc.

We stayed here for our annual visit to the ice castles and winter vacation. The location is the best of the best. Right in the center of town, everything you need is right there. The decor was adorable, bears and moose everywhere and gave it that rustic cabin vibe. Very cute. The pool was great for the kids but we were disappointed that the hours online and at the door were not accurate and they closed 30-60 minutes early each night. (Honestly frustrating considering it’s school vacation week, but not to any fault of the property owners). Clean spacious and just what we needed in the unit for 4 days. Online feedback I have for the owners is to put curtains up in the rooms. The blinds are useless and we were up early every day with the toddler because the sun lit the room up and no way to close any curtains. There also wasn’t any extra trash bags so once we filled the 2 we had to figure it out on our own. There’s laundry but no detergent so bring your own if you want to use the laundry. Overall I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The place is immaculate and so convenient to everything!! I stayed here with two of my girlfriends and we all loved it!! We have been traveling together for almost 20 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed at as far as accommodating all our needs. We are always looking for someplace with no stairs and this was the one. Having two bathrooms and three bedrooms was perfect!! The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was ideal. If I was to change anything —- I wish it was closer to Houston Texas. Perfect fall get away to see the leaves!!

We had four adults and four kids (2 families) and it was the perfect setup. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and the kids loved staying in the bunk room. The place is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Highly recommend! Hope to come back!

This was our 4th stay in this condo! We love this condo because of easy access in and out of the condo, and the ease of having family stay. It is clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the AC as the week we were there was quite hot and humid. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable Family Condo
Our family had a great time at Happy Place. Our 5 yr old grandson liked the bunk beds. And thanks for the pack and play for the 18 month old. The kids also enjoyed the pools at the Sports Center.
The condo is also well stocked--kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
Perfect location! We visited Loon Mountain and also drove on the Kancamagus Highway. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants to go to or get take out from.
My husband and I both enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with our coffee or wine.
Lincoln is a very nice town.

Great spot
This is a great location if visiting the White Mountains. It’s very close to town, restaurants, shops and hikes. But it also feels secluded as it’s tucked way back off the main road. The place it’s self if clean, roomy and fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and rooms well furnished. There is also an option to use the pool and hot tub which is a short walk away. Communication was quick. An A+ stay! Just wished we could of stayed longer.

A perfect spot in the White Mountains
My family and I stayed at Happy Place for a long weekend and it was the perfect spot. It was a quick drive to Santa's Village, Storyland, and shopping in North Conway. There were also lots of great hiking trails close by. You can't beat staying right on the Kancamagus!
The condo itself has a cozy feel and we loved the gas fireplace. My kids loved the bunk beds and having 2 sets saved us a lot of headaches about who got the top bunk. Everything was very clean and check in was so easy. It had a well stocked kitchen and with the grocery store nearby we were able to eat a few meals at the condo. Overall a great stay!

Fun family get-away!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children to spread out. Kids loved the bunk beds and adults enjoyed the comfortable mattresses. Fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Loved the woodsy decor! Great location, too! We did need to contact the owners with an issue and they responded right away to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!

Family Vacation August 2021
This is our family’s 3rd stay at “Happy Place” over the last 3 summers. The accommodations of this property are just great. Always clean and inviting from the day we arrive. We love that it is on the ground level, as we did spend evenings on the back porch and as there was access to the back yard, my grandkids (age 6 and 10) were constantly out there searching for “bugs” with their nets and playing. It is so quiet, and the 3 bedrooms were great for sleeping. Having 2 bathrooms is always a plus. We spent every day out and about and came back in the evening for dinner and family fun, playing cards and enjoying each other’s company. Never a problem with parking and neighbors are friendly. Vacationing in August this year as compared to July allowed for less “tourists”, less traffic and the rivers were fairly warm to swim in.
Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming up again next summer. Our thanks to the owners Ken and Kecia who responded so quickly when I had questions. This is a definite “piece of heaven” if you are looking for healing from a stressful days!!!

Friends and Family trip!
We stayed at the condo with our best friends and our kiddos! We loooved it! It was so clean and spacious. The owners make it so easy for you, as the condo has everything you need! Linens, towels, pool towels, everything! The pool was an added bonus and the kids loved it so much. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful home is beautiful location
We rented for a long weekend. It was our first trip to the Lincoln area and we wanted a place where we would cook and stay socially distant while still enjoying the area. This was perfect! Plenty of room, well equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning procedures for COVID went above and beyond what we have seen in other rentals and it was very much appreciated. We would absolutely rent again! Thank you!

Wonderful property, excellent location
The property was wonderful. Spacious and clean, in a great location, and had a great layout for two families. We took advantage of the great weather, and did a bunch of outdoor activities. Ken was great to speak with, and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay there again someday.

New Hampshire Get-A-Way
Property was great. Clean, perfect location and family friendly. We used the community pool nightly and had a great time cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We were able to get to our activities of mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining and waterfall swimming easily from the location. Great time.

Peaceful Tranquillity
This first floor condo was a great unit to stay in! It by far was the best place that we have stayed in as a family since renting a place for our yearly vacation in Lincoln NH. Loved that it was one floor. And all amenities included. Roomy and spacious. The owner, Ken, was wonderful to work with. We definitely are coming back to this place next summer! My grandkids loved the outdoors, from the pools to exploring the rivers and lakes. We all enjoyed spending g time with my family who lives in Lincoln.

The condo was just great for our needs. The only issue is the TV's in the bedrooms didn't work. Also it would be helpful if there were grab bars in the bathroom. It was difficult for my husband and I to manuver without them. The location was perfect for our needs.
