The bed was very comfortable. The 24/7 access to balconies facing the ocean was relaxing. The pool was very nice. They are very eco friendly and seem to do their best to preserve the environment.

Everything closed early with limited entertainment. The drain in my tub was broken so I couldn't take a bath. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. When I ordered breakfast to my room for the morning I was surprised with an added delivery charge and fees which made my breakfast a grand total of $37. The rental bikes were without tread and the brakes didn't work.

Food Craft hands down was the highlight of our stay. The view from our room of the ocean was beautiful. Everything was clean and updated. Service was great and everyone was very friendly.

It was cold we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer. We will be back to enjoy everything the lodge has to offer during summer.

The room was beautiful (gulf side king with bunkbeds). The outside grill opened when we were there and we took ice-cream to the beach which was fun.

Annoying to pay for parking, I thought the 400 a night should've covered that! We ended up buying chairs at the local Walmart for the beach as it was never mentioned that the hotel had some we could've used. A more thorough check in with the desk woulve been helpful. One other thing that we thought would've been AWESOME is if either attached restaurant had room service pizza.

Don’t like mandatory charge for parking - even w/o use of Valet, no luggage cart available to unload unless bellhop used, no microwave in room, no complementary breakfast or coffee at entrance, chairs in the room were hard as a rock, and there is no hot tub.

The staff wasn’t super helpful, and everything was an extra charge.

The room and view was amazing however we think the hotel should have let us know that there would be little or no access to beach due to beach improvement. We understand it is necessary, just should have warned us.

There were several stains on the carpeting the room, I have pictures if you want to see them. One elevator not working, Other than that it was great.

I loved how nice all the staff were, the location , the options for dining . I really loved that they had a water bottle filling station and that the bar had easy access to fill yourself a cup of water . Everything was always clean and beautiful . I loved being able to charge to the room that was very convenient.

Everything was perfect. The only hiccup was we made reservations at the Perch, and we went there, and they didn't have our reservations. They made us feel like we were lying about even having a reservation. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. The staff at all the other restaurants were great. The lady at the coffee shop needed help, though. Only one lady worked most of the week, and I felt so bad for her. She was hustling, though, and did a great job. Our room was beautiful. We ended up getting the separate room with the bunk beds, thanks to the amazing staff for accommodating that. The whole vacation was magical for our family.

Really nothing...other than our experience at the Perch. But the food was amazing.

Very comfortable rooms. Did not have a chance to use it, but the pool looked amazing and the pool bar was big and looked fun.

The parking was VERY far. Everything is very spread out. No balcony on the inland side.

It’s located on the beach and the pool area was very nice.

Valet parking is $22 a day in the parking garage and standard parking is $11 a day in the parking lot which is charged even if you don’t leave the facility and it’s FAR. The luggage carts are available but only through valet. You can’t use the cart for free. Fire alarm went off and no one knew what do to once outside. I will not return to this facility.
