The staff are all nice. We get free crafted coffee in the morning.

Firstly, we’re travelled by car and it was so hard to get there. The road are all narrow, make sure you didn’t take a wrong turn, if not it will be horrible to make a u turn or finding new route. There’s no parking also. The bathroom is for both genders. They have a few for female only, but you have to past through the mixed bathroom first to get to the female bathroom. The bathrooms are clean but not maintained.

Ac didnt work and there were mosquitos inside room. Pathetic couldn’t sleep whole night and have atleaat 7-9 mosquito bites on my body. Worst experience in bali.

The staff were brilliant, very accomodating to anything I needed and it was a nice touch to say hi and bye each time I went out or returned. My flight in was delayed but I was able to check in at nearly 1am. The beds are really comfortable and the curtains add extra privacy. It is conveniently located for the main areas to visit in Seminyak but far enough away to also be really quiet. Excellent value for money. The WiFi was also very good and the free coffee every morning is great

It wasn't a particularly social environment so not great for meeting other backpackers if thats what you are after

Check in was delayed until after 16:00 which was extremely inconvenient. They were also fixing a ton of things in the dorms which meant dorms were pretty much unavailable even after check in. You could only unpack and relax after 19:00. Just very disorganized.

The staff is awesome! El, Erin, Dian and Ayun learn everyone’s name and make us feel welcome. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds with light, outlet and lockers plus plenty of strong WiFi and air conditioning.

Erin who works there is super helpful, she helped me book a tour and went above and beyond . the bed are big and comfy , usb plugs , nice balcony next to rooms, huge drying racks and of course a super cute cat!

One minor improvement that I would suggest is upgrading the dryer facilities. While the existing dryer is functional, it could benefit from an upgrade as it sometimes takes longer than expected for towels and clothing to dry. However, I must commend the staff for their responsiveness to customer feedback, as they were actively addressing complaints and working to resolve the issue.

Only stayed for one night but the staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, toilet and showers were clean with hot water

Everything, perfect location , lovely staff , clean and private. Very sociable but very respectful when it ccmes to noise in rooms etc. laundry service perfect & fast. Great WiFi & aircon. Bathrooms & general areas cleaned numerous times per day. Hot water in showers, ive extended my stay twice already :)

This is second time for me here the staff there are so friendly and they're always cheering and smiling i felt i am at my home, while time they welcoming me and they're so nice, When i visit bali again for sure i will go straight up to stellar capsules I'd like to thanks these an amazing ppl cuz making my trip better ❤️ Erin,Dian,ayumas,yasmine,Novi

Only one set of bathrooms, located on the ground floor. It was not very clean. Seemed like some construction work also happening. Didn't feel very comfortable. The air con in the dorm was too strong. So I left the hostel for a better one even after I paid.

20 people in one room is way too many - this wasn’t stated on the website. also nowhere in the bathroom to put things to shah dry while showering

the best part of this place is staff, they are super friendly, guys really working around the clock to keep it clean. Food court 5 minutes away with the best soup Soto betawi and rice for 30k, great massage salon called Zoya, beach is also not far, wish I could come back here again)

The first night light was not working and my storage was taken even I booked for 3 nights. Safety lock also broken. But overall experience was nice. I would book again if i travel solo.

The whole place was really good, Friendly staff, they were always down to give a hand(scooter rental, places, jokes at the hostel, help you Integrate). Massive toilets for boys and girls separated. Lockers with fingerprint locks and password, room temperature was incredibly awesome nice and cold. The pool, the tables and the bar ( they were about to open a cafe section too) was perfect to chill, meet new friends or just recharge to hit the road again. I have to say thanks to Erin, Rio and Dai (I think is her name I couldn’t remember the name ever ahahaha).

The door banging while sleeping is bad, and hearing it 15 times is almost like an alarm if you are tired. I would recommend installing a soft closing mechanism. To avoid it to the door lock to slam against the door frame. The area next to the stair could get organised.

Amazing atmosphere and staff, everyone’s very helpful and welcoming! Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained! Location is perfect if you want to be able to walk everywhere and explore!
