The location of the townhouse is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. Plus within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The elevator makes the five floors easy to tackle.
But there are a few minor tweaks needed to the property. Three out of four bedrooms did not have dressers or closets it just felt inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for a week. The handle for the shower in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. In the kitchen more silverware and bowls are needed. And the beach chairs need an upgrade, we even replaced 2 of the umbrellas during our stay. Just some attention to these items would make it a 5 star place.

It was very nice to stay at a great townhome four minutes from the best beach access in Clearwater and a ten-minute walk to the heart of the northern downtown area along Mandalay Avenue. The place was clean, in good shape, and overall just nice.
There are nice balconies on a few of the levels and on the roof with great views of the Gulf and Mandalay Channel.
The elevator works well and helps get all the luggage up to the bedrooms.
The assortment of beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, carts etc., was great.
The only small "issue" is that it's a very vertical design, so it can be hard to call up to the 4th floor from the 2nd floor when we are trying to coordinate multiple families.

The best part of this property is its location! It is walkable to the highlights of Clearwater beach. We stayed with another family and this worked well for our group of 8. We enjoyed the well stocked beach toys and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop hot tub and gulf views were a great way to begin and end our days. Would stay again.

The location could not have been more perfect! A block from the beach that we walked every morning! Most everything was there that we needed for the kids to enjoy the beach. A small hiccup occured and the owners were immediately responsive apologetic and sincere and issue was resolved. The elevator was amazing for my elderly parents. Rooftop cookouts for the kids after long beach days were amazing at this property. Just ablock from a public access doc where we were able to charter fishing boat. A very reasonable pool day at a public pool just a block away and a playground literally in our front yard. We were able to walk to the nightlife and restaurants. It couldnt have been a more perfect vacation! This is the best property for traveling with both eldery parents and young children. It was very spacious and all 9 of us were very comfortable there. Speedway is across the street aslo and a nice pub just a block away for late night cocktail for the parents. I'd rate this property as our best ever and we habe stayed at several! Best memories were made here!!

The stay was amazing. Everything listed in VRBO was exactly what was included in the rental. The host was readily available when I texted her and even sent out an electrician, on Saturday, to tend to an unexpected issue. The rental was great and I do plan to rent again from this host.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect. Walkable to beach, town, shops, venue. Appreciate the beach chairs, wagon and beach towels immensely. Wish the bikes were operable as we had looked forward to using. If you have little ones, they stocked the garage with plenty of beach toys. Enjoyed the roof top but didn’t use hot tub due to outdoor temperature.

Traveled with my husband and 4 adult children, plenty of room for everyone - Walking distance to restaurants and bars, close to tennis courts and rec center with wonderful rooftop views. Common area larger than appears in pictures, fully stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. We loved it and would stay again!

After a busy 10 days in Orlando, the property was perfect for a relaxing few days by the beach before returning home.
The location of the property is fantastic, being a few minutes walk from the beach. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrellas, chairs, towels) which was really helpful. The property is also a short stroll from a number of very nice restaurants.
The property itself had more than enough room for our two families and was clean and tidy throughout. The views from the top floor were amazing, although given how hot it was we didn’t make use of the hot tub.
Communication with the owners was excellent throughout which made checking into the property easy.
Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to others looking for somewhere to stay in Clearwater Beach.

The townhouse was great! It was a little to enjoy the hot tub but the view was spectacular. It's within walking distance to the popular locations like Pier 60 and the beach was right across the street. We will definitely stay again. We had a great a time.

Great stay overall - fourth bedroom on 3rd floor is basically the size of a decent walk in closet with a twin low quality bed - everything else about the place is pretty awesome- nice living room kitchen and the rooftop is awesome as well as the bathrooms. The host is super awesome and accommodating as well. Overall very good place to stay.

We really enjoyed the size of the property and it was great for two families b/c each family had a floor with bedrooms and bathroom. Also the location on Clearwater Beach was perfect as we could walk to shopping, dining and the pier each day easily. The property had everything we needed!

We missed out on staying at the house with our 3 kids due to a canceled flight. I was incredibly bummed. My in laws still went and enjoyed themselves. She said it would have been perfect for us and our kids..with the park across the street and all your beach toys, etc. I told her I know that is why I booked it!! Haha

One and a half easy block walking to the beach and restaurants.
The elevator did not work until day two, which could be very important for someone unable to do multiple flights of stairs. All bedrooms are on levels three and four. Just consider that if you have kids. The repair service guy was very helpful in explaining how it all worked and owners responded to our messages promptly.
Two of the bicycles were broken.
The kitchen is well stocked and there are extra linens for the bedrooms.

This property is a dream stay for families. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It is large, with plenty of space for families. It is equipped with everything you will need for your family vacation, including beach toys, umbrellas, and towels, high chair, and even bikes. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to Clearwater!

From the start our expectations were a bit daunted when we learned that the pool that was advertised with this property wouldn't be open. Upon arrival, we were very happy with the location & the layout of the house. Good space for everyone and perfect sleeping arrangements for our group. The lack of cleanliness was evident immediately. Areas that were not cleaned at all & others not well. The BIG issues was the major amount of mildew & some black mold in both showers. It was gross. The shower tiling was old and the whole experience in the shower felt awful with bathtub filling up with water as you shower or poor shower head and nasty grout. The hot tub water was yellow, & smelled awful, tons of sand and a toy at the bottom of the tub. It was obvious that it had not be cleaned prior to our arrival (this was not ok). Many other small broken things & dirty things all around the property. Comfort was lacking in many areas as well. No hangers in any of the big closets and no dresser to put clothes into. No comfortable furnishings like the other rentals in the outside areas. But, to end on a good note. The Owner was responsive to the complaints, & our family did our best to overlook as much of it & enjoy our time. This property earns a 2.5 star rating from us as 50% was good.
