Excellent location nearby golf courses in St Andrews, pubs and restaurants. Top quality breakfast and large comfortable twin room.
Needed milk for making hot drinks in the room and replacement of bottles of water each day for a 4 night stay would have been nice.

What a lovely little hotel with stylish rooms, bar and restaurant. The staff were all amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough.

Very well situated only downside was the early morning traffic noise that woke us, double glazing would solve this problem.

We were not informed when we reserved a table in the restaurant that the menu had been substantially reduced. It was only when we were ordering that we were informed so the on line menu was incorrect and I could not order what I had chosen from the on line menu very disappointing and misinformative.

Fantastic central location for an overnight stay in St Andrew's close to where we were meeting friends for Christmas celebrations. Very comfortable room with friendly, efficient staff. No noise from bar/restaurant downstairs which we would have been happy to eat in had we not already booked elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. The welcome (which was in the restaurant) was very friendly and helpful. Our room, on the 3rd floor (two up from ground) was quiet but lugging suitcases up was a bit of a struggle. Parking was not a problem because we arrived Saturday evening and left Sunday morning. Traditional Scottish breakfast was excellent. Room was large, clean and comfy.

the service was friendly and helpful but very slow and lacking. They need more staff to welcome hotel guests and at breakfast. it was quite noisy in the evenings since the room is over the bar/restaurant.

Rooms were clean and well appointed.
There is no one in the building overnight other than the room occupants. There is a list of emergency numbers and one emergency exit door (what happens if fire is blocking the only door?)… I probably would not have booked this location if I had known this.
