Tout était tout simplement parfait! Endroit calme et reposant, surtout au bord de la piscine. Logement agréable et bien équipé. Proche des commerces et du centre ville. Propriétaire Monica et Daniele merveilleusement accueillants, très gentils et a l’écoute, ils nous ont conseillé pleins d’endroit à visiter et les restaurant où manger. Une vraie pépite cet endroit!

The owner was very kindly and helpfull, he took us to buy some local wine and cheese. Very kind! Only 10 minutes away from old town of Alghero, supermarket.

The busy road next to the house (a lot of traffic and noise and the fact that the description said that the house was next to a quiet road, quiet environment), the fact that the owner lived in the same house on the groundfloor (the describtion did not mention that, it suggests that you have the house for yourself), unannounced the owner organised a party for friends during the day where they practised music very very loud, the very smelly toilet, no watercooker (for tea, we had to boil water in a pan, the describtion did mention there should be one. When we asked, the son of the owner (he is responsible for renting the appartement) say " currently not available"). We have paid € 1300 for 5 nights in low saison september, no value for that amount of money.

We had a great and relaxing time at Villa Pedra, which is only a 10 min drive from the town centre. It has a lovely pool and a very spacious terrace. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing villa. It's in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature and with only a 5 minutes drive to either the beach or the city centre, it's in a perfect location. The villa is very beautiful and comes with a gorgeous pool, both of which were extremely clean and we were pleased to find that we had towels and sheets included in the price as well as WiFi. The staff were very friendly and professional and always available when needed. I would highly recommend staying in this villa.
