This is a very nice single-story home with no stairs so it was great for my young kids and aging parents, it had a very nice backyard and we had the pool heated and we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard including the collection of cool birds that showed up early in the morning… it was close to just about everything, within a few minutes, you could be at grocery stores, movie, theaters, topgolf was only 10 minutes away, everything was close. The house is a little older and in need of some minor repairs but it doesn’t affect the rental for what we are there for. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and no complaints from us!

We had a great stay! Pool is lovely, location was perfect for our group and the kitchen is well stocked with professional appliances and bonus - Ninja blender - perfect margaritas!

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. Outdoor activities are excellent and fun. Above all the property is insanely clean. Loved our stay.

This property was everything as advertised AND MORE. The kitchen was stocked with the perfect utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Not to mention, the quality of everything was wonderful- including the kitchen stove that was a cooking dream. The rooms were large, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The pool (we requested it to be heated) was a dream for our teenagers. The grill was new and clean. The hot tub was fantastic and having two garage remote controls was amazing. This property is in an EXCELLENT and safe location. Look no further and book your stay here!

Sundown Ranchos is a fabulous house in the perfect location! You are only 5-15 minutes from absolutely anything and everything you need or want to go and do. Very spacious house and backyard, quiet and private. The house has an amazing kitchen and in general is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Great communication from the hosts.

The backyard was nearly pitch black after sunset making it dangerous to use after sun fall. They have two mediocre sensor lights to light up the huge backyard. One is placed directly above jacuzzi making it unenjoyable to use because the light would flash on similar to a strobe light. The lights the trim the house awning and beautiful trees and pool, DO NOT WORK. The pool water feature (waterfall) doesn’t work if the heater is operating. You CAN’T use both and you CAN’T alternate. The pool table is filthy and comes with only two beat up pool sticks and no rack to rack the balls nor chalk. The footballs were deflated. The house has so much potential if they invested into it. Windows to the master bedroom and kitchen had no screen. The large window in the living room has curtains but the rod falls each time you attempt to open curtains. We found trash in the unit upon arrival and urine in the master bathroom. One master bedroom has zero closet space. This house has a great layout. The living room is stale and has not welcoming touches. The garage clicker did NOT work. Mark, the homeowner, was RUDE beyond measure when he called me. He asked if I was going to be one of those that complains about everything since I didn’t get my way when I asked about the water feature. This house is in a beautiful neighborhood yet this house is the most basic one that could use some TLC. Two beds were dirty too. I sent photos. I’ve booked other properties and felt amazed and satisfied. I was NOT satisfied with this one. Consider something else for the money and sought out experience. My home is in better condition than this rental.

Everything was clean and stocked. The pool was perfect as was the layout. The 1 acre property is very nice. Not too close to any neighbors. Very easy contact and check in. No complaints. Thank you so much!

There’s plenty of space and lots of activities for the whole family The kitchen was well equipped. When we had an with the electricity they responded immediately We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house, plenty of room and the backyard privacy is awesome. We did have an issue with the grill and the owner offered to bring out a replacement. Four of our group had never been to Arizona including me, I would recommend the trip if you have never been. Great food and lots to do.

Great location, 15 min at maximum away from absolutely everything we planned. Pool was nice and cool (we're from Colorado, so we're used to the chill), the pool table and mini golf was a fun addition. Clean house and the air conditioning felt great on those hot days!

The home was spacious, clean and very family friendly. We loved the place! There was plenty of room for seating in the kitchen/dining area. We had a family gathering for my moms 90th birthday. Mark (host) was responsive to my texts. He was generous and gracious. I would recommend this house!

Stayed at this house with a group of 10- plenty of room to accommodate all of us. Great backyard to hangout and relax by the pool.

What a great property for four golfers! Excellent, central location close to shopping and dining. Very comfortable and spacious home with a lovely yard and pool area. We ate most of our meals outdoors on the patio where there is a big table with 6 chairs. The pool was very welcome after a morning of golf. The chaise lounges are a bit worn, but fine when covered with a towel. Oh, and there are lots of pool towels provided. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes, utensils, pots, pans and appliances. In addition to a big fridge and six burner gas stove, there is a microwave, TWO toaster ovens, a toaster, a blender and TWO coffee makers (pod and drip). Well equipped for making meals for large groups. Only minor annoyance was that the hot water took a LONG time to reach the showers on the side of the master bedroom side of the house. I guess the hot water heater must be on the other end of the house. Be patient; it does get there and the master ensuite has a huge shower. I have already advised the owner we will likely rent at the same time next year. Highly recommended.

Convenient property. Clean rooms. Nice kitchen. Owners are very good to work with.

Rented this property for a 5 day reunion of 7 girlfriends. The property was perfect for our needs. We all were able to have our own beds which were very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms and areas to gather. If we had any problems the owners were very easy to reach by phone. The kitchen was pretty well appointed although we did not do much cooking. The backyard pool area was great as well as the hot tub. One great thing about this rental is the location. It is central to most things we wanted to do such as Fashion Square, Old Town, MIM Museum etc. I would definitely recommend this property.

First time using VRB. We were lucky to find this home. Spacious is an understatement. Best backyard ever! Huge and spacious. The home had everything we wanted--and more. Two King suites; two Queens and lots of Twins. Enough room for all my daughter's friends. The home was super clean and updated. The huge dining room table served my daugher and a dozen of her friends. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, all within minutes by car and Uber. Kids loved the air-hockey and foosball table, as well as the Hot-tub. The owners Rob and Bill, were easy and super-professional. Definitely coming back.
