Construction was conducted I. Upstairs unit keeping us up until 2,am.

I loved our view, proximity to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean.

I didn’t care for a furniture delivery scheduled during our stay. We were told the night before and that we would receive a call ahead. Well the call ahead didn’t happen and the furniture delivery guys showed up unannounced so good thing we were there. I called and explained that we had two sleepers sofas in the living room space and thank goodness after about 45 minutes management had the old sleeper sofa removed.

The entire stay was wonderful! Right across the street from pier park. Also in walking distance of beverage stores and many restaurants. I stay in PCB every year. This was by far the nicest room(3 bed 2 bath) I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll be back!!!

Just had some elevator maintenance that was a slight inconvenience, but nothing bad enough to take away from this place. It was fixed in no time!

Close to shops and restaurants staff was nice large pool condo was clean

Tub was slow draining several light bulbs were shot elevators slow . Everything else was great

My booking was changed to Majestic tower 2 by panhandle getaways without asking me and when I realized they said i can get it cancelled if i want and gave me some lame excuse why it was done.

We love the Calypso Resort,we go stay there every cpl of years.love the private balconies&the view of the ocean.most of all,love the size of their condo's,plenty of room fr our family of 7.highly recommend this resort.

The heated pool was closed but hey,that was do to paintn the resort,so understand.....both pools could use some repair.

The $299 extra fee for who knows what was a little ridiculous.

Where do I begin......? Well first of all I have been going to this resort for almost 15 years, I keep going back for a reason. However, this will be the last time I book ANYTHING through booking.com The room that I put a deposit down on 3 months in advance was NOT the room we were given. Decor and room layout was TOTALLY different than what was pictured on booking.com website. It was supposed to have a king room and 2 queens (one with a trundle). Well.... this room had 2 Kings (one bed had a noticeable slope in the middle) and a Daybed room (with a BROKEN trundle). This was a Mom/kid trip, we needed the layout that was intially advertised. Frankly I was embarrassed that my friend who flew down from Michagin had to sleep on a day bed with her son on a broken trundle bed. Several outlets didn't work. The lights outside the front door didn't work (very dark at the end of the hall at night). I cut my lip on a coffee mug one night (BLOOD went everywhere...). Both main tv remotes were broken. One remote back was missing and the other slid off and would become missing throughout the stay. The second rack in the stove was broken. So there is my review. 🤷‍♀️ I typically only write good reviews. But I could not hold out on my feelings any long. I did not want to ruin my vacation while there. But now that we are home and booking.com is asking, I will gladly post our experience. I will book directly through the resort from now on.

The room was not super clean and no cleaning supplies available to do it ourselves. The tubs and sinks didn’t drain without manual assistance after every single use. There was rust on all fixtures and shower rods. Fixtures in the bathrooms were falling apart and lights didn’t work. The toilets ran 24/7. The air conditioning was not controllable. Remote control to TVs didn’t work. Signals to all TVs were unreliable. The beach chairs were horribly overpriced for five days and the attendants were rude and basically non existent. We had to move our umbrella completely by ourselves and were never checked on a single time during the stay.
