We loved our stay on rovinj.

Tolles, familienfreundliches Haus mitten im Nirgendwo. Sehr ruhig und einsam auf einem Eselhof gelegen. Ausserdem Pferde und Esel, sowie eine Katzenfamilie. Supermarkt und Restaurant in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, auch Rovinj und der Strand. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Grill im Freien, herrlicher Pool. An der Villa führt ein Fahrradweg vorbei. Freundlicher Vermieter. Eine Unterkunft zum Wiederkommen!

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Auto ist man überall in ein paar Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We were very disappointed in lots of ways by this rental. The owner spoke no English which is not what we were told when renting the property. This made it very difficult to address any of the problems. For example, we had agreed online the day before that we could check in a little early as my wife was unwell, but on arrival we were sent away for 2 hours as the villa wasn’t ready. There were a LOT of issues with the property. The villa is only the small ‘pool-house‘ you see in the pictures. The larger main building overlooking is part of the Donkey Sanctuary that surrounds the villa. The building is quite new but the quality is poor. Doors don’t open properly and there are ‘gaps’ around things. The fire is held in place with a bit of 4x2 wedged in. There was only one socket in the kitchen area which is used for extractor fan, kettle, coffee machine, grille, and microwave. The tableware provided was very basic and some broken items were still in the cupboards. The old mini-stereo only played FM radio. We were only given 2 hand towels and 3 medium towels for both the pool and indoor use. There was no bathroom mat so the tiled floor was slippery when wet. We only had two pillow cases so had to use a second pillow without a case. There was a very large mirror behind the wardrobe which was badly smashed when we pulled it out. The second bedroom was extremely small and cluttered with furniture, including a random unwanted cot which almost filled the only open space. The lounge furniture filled the room and was not very comfortable. The Smart TV and AC did work well. Now to the worst part. As soon as you stepped outside you were hit by the smell of horses/donkeys which surround you on all sides. In fact, when we arrived there was fresh dung just the other side of the fence, about 6 feet away from the pool. Then you noticed the flies which that plagued you ALL THE TIME. We never once tried to eat outside as they were very annoying even just sitting around the pool. In the late afternoon they were terrible and would descend on you within a second if you got in the pool. The sun loungers where cheap and cracked in multiple places. One gave way and broke in half as I sat on it. You can only sit on them, so you can’t lay face down unless its on the stone paving. There was no outside shower or grill/BBQ as mentioned in the advert. A cloths drier had many broken rods with lots of rusty screws. This villa was not worth the price we paid.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. 1 km Schotterstraße bis zur Hauptstraße und dann noch 5 min bis ins Stadtzentrum von Rovinj. Alles super toll.

Wenn auch etwas schwierig zu finden entpuppte sich das Häuschen als perfekt für Abschalten vo zu Hause . Tip: Koordinaten eingeben;) alles sauber, ruhig und trotzdem nahe an Rovinji . Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer belief sich mehr oder weniger auf hallo und ciao aber sehr freundlich hilfsbereit, auch die Wasserqualität wurde jeden Tag geprüft. Ausstattung mehr als ordentlich, WLAN für die kids auch da ;) alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!

top Vermieter, suoer nett, sogar Grill Kohle war vorhanden. Könnte kein Deutsch und nur schlechtes Englisch ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Einfach genial wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Alles sehr sauber. Liegt relativ außerhalb der Stadt. Der Weg dahin ist etwas steinig...dafür ist alles komplett ruhig. Toller Pool und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus.

Alles da was versprochen wurde. Für das Wetter kann der Besitzer nix. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Sprachlich war es aber a bisserl schwierig mangels Sprachkenntnisse von beiden Seiten. Hat aber alles gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt abseits von befestigten Straßen. Man bekommt aber sehr gute Anfahrtshilfe und sorgt für Ruhe. Nebenan grasen Esel die sehr zur Unterhaltung beitragen. Vom Haus aus kann man sehr schön Radtouren oder Spaziergänge mit dem Hund machen. Eine fußläufige Ausgrabungsstätte vermittelt die Kultur Istriens uns zum Einkaufen ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell. Wer ohne Nachbarn Erholung sucht, findet zu viert ausreichend Platz. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der wasserfeste Pavillon im Garten lässt auch Aufenthalte bei Regen zu. Alles in allem hat alles sehr gut geklappt und war sehr schön.

Uns hat der Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen, auch mit den Tieren rund ums Haus. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Eselsmilch war fantastisch, Danke dafür! Liebe Grüsse Familie Lippuner

Situation au calme, à 10mn de la mer, maison équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut !

Wir waren mir 2 Kindern (2,5 Jahre und 4 Monate) und unseren beiden Hunden für eine Woche da. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, absolut ruhig und privat. Auf den benachbarten Wiesen wohnen Esel, Pferde und Schafe was der Hammer war für unsere Kleine. Grundstück ist uneinsichtig und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist nett und unaufdringlich. Der Pool ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik und Tipp Tipp Top gepflegt und sauber. Die Klimaanlagen kühlen das Haus binnen 10 Minuten angenehm runter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man braucht nichts von zu Hause mitnehmen. Alles und allem: wir kommen sicher wieder

Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett! Super wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht!
