Die Villa
Gut präsentierte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit einem Schlafzimmer in ruhiger Lage. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein offener Wohnbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit sämtlichen Kochutensilien und einem Deckenventilator. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken und Klimaanlage, ein Doppelzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, die als Queensize-Bett zusammengestellt werden können, und ein Badezimmer mit WC und begehbarer Dusche. Die Villa verfügt auch über eine private Veranda mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien; Kabel-TV und CD / DVD / Heimkino-System, WLAN und Telefon. Ein mobiler WLAN-Dongle für alle, die unterwegs Internet benötigen, kann bei Bedarf vor Ort gemietet und aufgeladen werden.
Es gibt auch einen gemeinsamen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine, die den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung steht, sowie einen zweimal wöchentlichen Reinigungsservice, bei dem die Villa gründlich gereinigt und die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher gewechselt werden.

Die Villa befindet sich in idealer Lage, um die Ruhe des karibischen Lebens zu erleben und gleichzeitig die gesamte Insel mit dem Auto oder Bus zu erreichen. Es ist mit dem Auto oder Bus vom Flughafen aus erreichbar, die Fahrt dauert weniger als 15 Minuten. Die ruhige Lage ist nur 3 Gehminuten von der Hauptstraße entfernt, die eine vielbefahrene Buslinie ist, die Sie über die Insel bringt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur 5 Minuten von einem ruhigen Strand entfernt. Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichen Sie von der Unterkunft mehrere örtliche Dienstleistungen, darunter ein englisches Pub, eine Arztpraxis mit einer Apotheke, Bars, Restaurants und ein Minimarkt. Etwas weiter entfernt liegen die belebteren Gegenden von Oistins und St. Lawrence mit einem Supermarkt, einem pulsierenden Nachtleben, mehreren Restaurants, Banken und Stränden.

We were very fortunate to stay at Affinity Villas in Barbados for 2 wonderful months.
We had lovely neighbors and Angela who manages the villas was so friendly and helpful nothing was ever to much trouble. She really cared that we were happy and had a good stay. Krystal and Tracy who keep the villas clean and tidy do a brilliant job and went above and beyond to make our stay very special. Doug the pool man did a great job keeping the pool clean and always had time for a chat.
Communication with the owner was very good and everything from booking to checkout went very smoothly.
Thank you all for an amazing time.

Affinity villas are a wonderful place to stay
We were very fortunate to stay at Affinity Villas in Barbados for 2 wonderful months.

Wonderful villa with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Thank you Maxine.
We've been travelling to Barbados for many years but this is our first time staying on the south coast. Affinity villas are located a short walk to bus stops, Oistins fish Fry and st Lawrence gap.
We cooked a full Christmas lunch and ate it under the gazebo along with a few dips in the pool to cool off. Angela the property manager was just a text away if any issues.
We befriended a gorgeous kitten during our stay who was a delight to have around and we've just heard news that she has now been rescued by the next occupants and is flying to UK very soon! Tracey and her daughter's kept the villa spotless, however I did have an issue with how she treat the tiny kitten.
That being said, we had an amazing Christmas and New year break in a lovely peaceful location and a wonderful cozy villa.
I recommend care hire as we do every time we visit Barbados, there are so many beautiful places to visit.

We cooked a full Christmas lunch and ate it under the gazebo along with a few dips in the pool to cool off. Angela the property manager was just a text away if any issues.

Overall the villa was nice and comfortable, everything you need for a 12 day holiday. The pool was a bonus as well as the gazebo. The area is very convenient to Oistins and The Gap. Car parking spaces are provided which made it easy to park the hire car. Angela and Tracey were very pleasant to deal with and provided any information required.
My only grumbles were there was no real comfortable seating within Villa 2, the one bedroom, the pool was un-useable for a part of my stay due to cleaning but the issue was soon sorted out. My major concern was noise as my husband and I required a quiet holiday / villa and after being assured by Maxine that there were no children booked during our stay, we were surprised to find in the second week a family of 5 moving in next door with 3 young children who were in the pool from 5.30 am most morning which woke both occupants of Villa 1 & 2. Having spoken to the family, having found they had booked their stay in November and I had booked mine in February, I was most displeased!!
Overall the Villa is a lovely place to stay... if your not woken at 5.30 am every morning by children playing in the pool.

Overall a nice place very convenient to the south coast
Overall the villa was nice and comfortable, everything you need for a 12 day holiday. The pool was a bonus as well as the gazebo. The area is very convenient to Oistins and The Gap. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing time total privicy, you are left alone to enjoy your holiday.My husband and myself will definitely be staying there again close to the beaches and oistins which I would advise to visit especially on Friday nights. Thanks ladies for making my holiday memorable.

Clean nice location quiet lovely well maintained pool withe total privicy.
My stay at Affinity was execelent, found every thing I needed to make it a home from home, very clean all due to Tracy the house keeper who came twice a week, she gave good advice about the island and nothing was too much for her.Angela the property manager gave a tour of the property and explained how things worked, she was always at the end of the phone if needed. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing time total privicy, you are left alone to enjoy your holiday.My husband and myself will definitely be staying there again close to the beaches and oistins which I would advise to visit especially on Friday nights. Thanks ladies for making my holiday memorable.

Overall we had a great stay in this one bedroom apartment. For the most part the kitchen was well stocked. Could do with a couple of bowls for making salad. The bathroom is quite small but certainly adequate although the tiny corner sink took some getting used to. The bed was comfortable and with a ceiling fan we didn't need to use the AC overnight as we cooled the bedroom off before we went to bed. The pool was wonderful and having the gazebo was a bonus. Always a shady place to sit and usually a nice breeze. Really our only complaint was the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. Thank goodness the chairs on the gazebo were good to sit on. Angela, the property manager was very easy to work with and took care of any needs we had (like replacing a lost key at 10:30 in the evening!) Thanks Angela! Maxine, the owner is very prompt in returning emails and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property.
