Location is good. The staffs are polite and nice. Good coffee.

Everything seems outdated, run down and poorly maintained. Although the front desk and cafe area / lounge seems inviting, beyond that like the pool and surrounding common areas are not. I have to request for room changed, but got one on similar condition. Rooms are dark, outdated, shower and bath is so disappointing. Limited choice on breakfast, coffee is good though.

bathroom is such a shame. shower is not that great, there’s no hooks to hang on your towel and clothes. breakfast is soooo boring. same food every single morning. no other choices. egg is ridiculously like a rubber! staff doesn’t seems so friendly, barely smile.

1. shower is very poor quality, very old. 2. television is small and has a faded portion in the screen. 3. breakfast is just too boring! rice served in the morning is cold! same choices! 4. no rails/hooks in the bathroom. 5. no complementary small bottlenof water or coffee in the rooms. 6. it doesn’t feels very “Palacio”.

Hotel quite cheap with a nice swimming pool a little bit out of the center but transportation is very cheap the staff is very kind and helpful
