This is an amazing place, the owners are like family, I have met such people for the first time in my life, their warmth and hospitality is unique, if you want to feel really like in a family home - this is the perfect place, I have traveled for many years but only here I felt what is important in life. this hotel will let you forget about everything, feel relaxation, freedom, hospitality, friendship. This is my best time in Albania, I will come back to this place, such moments are remembered all my life, this place has no ranking, it just has no competition, the room has everything necessary, the view from the terrace of your balcony is amazing, everything is perfect here

Not bad location! 5-7 minutes to the nearest beach! A lot of cafes around the hotel

Beds and rooms are not comfortable! No shower cabin! Only shower tube under the toilet!

The location of the hotel couldn´t be better - a few minute walk to many beaches. Our to-week stay was great, the staff were extremely helpful, rooms were god sized and cleaned regularly, breakfasts were simple but fresh and tasty, especially homemade marmalade and feta type local cheese. The view from our room was as described onto the sea. A very good value for money paid.

Very cosy and clean hotel. The staff also was friendly, breakfasts were good enough. 😍 It is situated not far from different beaches.

Location was good, in front of all the restaurants and 10mins walk to the beach. There's also a parking quite helpful as parking in Ksamil is not an easy task. The staff Who helped us with the check in was really nice.

Sadly the worst hotel we've been in Albania. Despiste the good location, our room wasn't good at all: the shower was broken and so was the cupboard. There was any place yo leave our stuff. Breakfast wasn't good... the buffet tablet was dirty of food that felled off the plates and the guy who was around looked tired all the time, standing up with the phone and quite bothered if we asked him something.

Location is perfect. View is wonderful.
