We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the house. The owners have thought of every detail. Beds are very comfortable and a great location!

The home was perfect for our group of three girlfriends. We each had our own comfortable room. The full bath and half bath were perfect, and we appreciated the laundry facilities and detergent etc. Kitchen was well appointed, and again we appreciated the extras (ice, oils, wraps etc.). Very clean home, and we love the new comfy. couch. Great location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a wonderful home to create some new memories and just catch-up with one another. The deck was also wonderful!

This house was perfectly situated between both beaches and a quick walk down to the light house! Plenty of supplies for cooking at the house and plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and short drives! We had a great time at the zoo and was much bigger than we expected! Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

Great vacation spot four our family. Quiet neighborhood easy walk, even with four small children, to both long and short sands, ice cream and dinner! Tina was great and very responsive. No issues besides some rain!

My family of 7, had an amazing stay. The house is very charming and comfortable, We cooked a lot of meals and really enjoyed the spacious deck. The house is close to everything. We enjoyed the walk to Long Sands Beach, the lighthouse, Fox’s and Short Sands. We even enjoyed an outdoor yoga class with gorgeous ocean views at ViewPoint Hotel - a short walk from the house. Day trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Portland were also enjoyable. I highly recommend the house!

We are a family of 7 that choose a different location for our annual family vacation…we chose Maine this year and luckily found this perfect house and location! Walkable to the beaches, a close by playground, the lighthouse and the best restaurants. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need. My grandkids especially loved the backyard games, beach toys and the “magic” game cabinet. Thank you, Tina and Phil for providing the perfect place to create the memories we will take with us forever!

We stayed here with our family, 6 adults and 2 babies age one. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. We loved the nice backyard, which was great to leg the kids crawl around. The deck was great for family dinners. Our only negative was that the house was very hot upstairs. It did rain and was rather humid during our stay. We loved the location and that we could walk anywhere! Thank you!

Had a wonderful girls weekend away in York with my 3 daughters and grand daughter, Tina’s home is in an ideal location, close to everything that York has to offer, including Hubble lighthouse. Everything was in walking distance! Quiet and upscale neighborhood, Tina’s house was immaculate upon arrival, is warmly decorated….absolutely stunning! Beautiful back yard, large deck, and fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. Tina was a wonderful host, highly recommended rental!

Talk about impressive! The house is gorgeous and has everything you can imagine plus some! We had a great time and shared more laughs and stories than we could count! We never turned the tv on—as it was just so peaceful to sit around and enjoy each other. The deck is amazing! We got a rain shower and put out the awning at first stop and continued to enjoy the deck and stayed dry! Everything you could want! We are already planning our next trip!

This property was exactly what we were looking for to have our out of state family and friends join us for our wedding weekend. The house was spotless and had everything you could need and then some. Plenty of parking for our guests as well. The bedrooms all being downstairs was ideal for guests that wanted to go to bed early while the rest could stay and chat upstairs. We hope to visit again soon!

Easy access to both beaches on a quiet street. House was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for playing yard games with the kids and the second story deck was great for relaxing outside after a long day at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised in a nice location on the nubble in York. Tina was fantastic and offered us early check-in and late check-out, both of which were greatly appreciated. This is a nicely renovated home with a lovely kitchen and living space, including a nice big deck, perfect for gathering with friends and family. I highly recommend this home and this host.

Beautiful home. So beautiful, in fact, we were nervous for our 2 year old grandson to touch anything! We did, however, spend most of our time outdoors or at the beach, so most of his time at the beach house was spent sleeping. Our family had an amazing time and would do it again in a heartbeat!

This place is super nice, even for a winter stay. Cozy, very nice kitchen/dining space where we could come together and play cards at night. It was part of a family reunion for us and really made things nice. And these hosts are simply the nicest people I’ve worked with. Very accommodative and attentive and responsive to our every need. We would love to go back!

We had a blast during off-peak season. Who goes to the beach over Thanksgiving?! We did and we'd do it again. This property was close enough to walk to Nubble Lighthouse and let our kids play on the beach rocks. Tina provided us with the few remaining restaurants open, but her kitchen made it so convenient to cook and prepare meals at home. At home. Her place is so welcoming, we felt comfortable to walk around without shoes on. With 2 families smooshed together, we had plenty of space to separate, and go outside to throw the ball around. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!

My friend and I were quite comfortable in Tina's house. The kitchen is very well-stocked with equipment; not always the case in rentals. It's in a quiet spot, easy walk to the Lighthouse point, easy drive to "downtown." The upstairs view into the backyard is especially serene. Tina was a welcoming and gracious hostess. We'd gladly go back.

We loved our stay at this property! Every morning we walked to long sands to see the sunrise and walked to short sands in the afternoon. We walked to nubble lighthouse and had dinner at Fox’s Lobster House. The home had every amenity that you could think of and was thoroughly stocked! Tina was great to communicate with and when we visit Maine again, we would definitely rent this home!

Three generations spent a wonderful week together at this lovely, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk or drive from everything in the York Beach area. The home was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need: fully appointed kitchen, spacious gathering areas, clean linens, toys for the kids, family games, and anything you might need for the beach. The lovely yard and huge deck were great spots to relax in the morning and after dinner. This is nicer than any house we've rented in the past; none of them were as spacious or included as many amenities. The homeowner was available for any questions that came up. Our family had a great week and will definitely be returning!
