Our room was on the area where we can not see SM Clark, only window view was another hotel and the roofs of the elementary school. But not a big issue.

Food, slow service, and no consideration even it’s christmas day for what you asked to them, they answered so quick when you request without trying it thinking and they will say No.

The staff was very accommodating and quick to action when asked for assistance. The room was clean and check in and check out was easy. Hotel was 10 minute car ride from sm clark. Surrounding area was full of bars, not great for family trips but okay if you're group of friends.

Booking was with breakfast included, but it didn't say when we were booking that it's only 2 per room. 1 room was for 4 pax so we had to get 2 breakfast with supplement charges. I guess that's booking.com's fault for not providing that detail. The breakfast provided was a bit limited but tasted okay.

had to be move 3 times cause the rooms had problem. plus when the van I paid 4k pesos for it on the way back to the airport they charge me 4500k pesos n they never informed me of the change

Booking was for ₱2334 When I checked in price had gone up to ₱2850 They said was tax. I don't believe that. They said I could cancel if I paid ₱2650. What a rip off

We like everything here!. Rooms (interior and cleanliness) are great. Worth what you pay for. The staffs are very kind and approachable. We'll definitely go back here. Super thumbs up 👍specially for us who came from Manila, went here staight from work 😄.

Too noisy. The dog from another room keeps on barking (maybe even the dog couldn't sleep due to noise from outside 😊) plus the music from outside bar is too loud until almost 5 in the morning. The room is not sound proof or it's just too loud. If you are looking for a hotel just to sleep this might not be a hotel for you or maybe ask in advance if there's a room that's quiet. Hotel receptionists and guards are accommodating and friendly. The bedsheets and towels seems old already. Room is clean, no shower gel, no slippers and no duvet blanket but bed is ok.

The location, clean and modern look of the rooms. The aircon was fast cooling. Staff were friendly and accommodating It was value for money.

There were no available slippers. The water heater was not working initially.

Nobody helped us bring our luggage up our room. We had to push the luggage trolley by ourselves. The aircon was leaking and my bag got really wet because the aircon is placed above it. The blow dryer wasn't working The air-condition's remote wasn't working so we were freezing the whole night. Limited parking space.
