Beautiful 3 Bedroom Vacation Condo in Forest Ridge with Great Views & Amenities
Neu aktualisierte geräumige Wohnung in Lincoln, NH. Klimaanlage, Kabel und sicheres WiFi. Einheit für 8 Personen, Küche mit Geräten voller Größe. Essbereich für 6 Personen und Platz für 3 weitere an der Frühstücksbar. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 46-Zoll-Samsung-LED-Flachbildschirm, einen Gaskamin, Schieberegler zu einer großen Terrasse und ein neues Sofa, ein Loveseat und eine Liege. Deck hat Picknicktisch, Liegestühle und Grill. Waschküche hat in voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Etagenbetten. Es gibt Fernseher und Schränke in allen Schlafzimmern. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Wir befinden uns direkt gegenüber dem Clubhaus und den Tennisplätzen. Das Clubhaus verfügt über einen Innen- und Außenpool, einen Whirlpool, eine Sauna und ein Fitnesscenter. Forest Ridge liegt direkt im Herzen der White Mountains in den malerischen Städten Lincoln und Woodstock. Forest Ridge liegt direkt am Kancamagus Highway und ist eine friedliche Gemeinde, die von Wäldern und wunderschönen Bergen umgeben ist.

Our hosts thought of everything to make our vacation a great one to remember! The home is absolutely wonderful!! The furniture and beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Even more importantly,
the home is sparklingly clean!!!

Our family gathered here for July 4th week and had a great time. This corner top-floor unit is very quiet. Quick walk to both the indoor and outdoor pool (although the indoor pool heater was broken, as was the hot tub). Home was a great size for 4 adults and 2 small children. Nothing fancy but totally functional! My one real complaint is that the carpet needs to be replaced. So many large visible pet stains that grossed us all out.

A perfect getaway for us! Great location, lots to do on-site and nearby! All ages - from 6 months to 88 years! The cleaning ladies, Sara and Susan, were there and explained everything and were lovely to show us around! The owner is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating! There were only 3 of us going until the day before our getaway! The grandson and great-grandkids could go as a surprise! Will cherish the memories here for sure. We are hoping to stay here again next year! Highly recommended this beautiful getaway! Thank you Roland!

This place had it all for our family: indoor pool for the unpredictable NH weather, all the shops, restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment spots for the kiddos! While location is super important, nothing beats the cleanliness of this place and the welcoming coziness as you enter this end unit condo. Roland was super responsive when needed. We have stayed in the Lincoln area in different rentals for well over 20 years. This rental was among the best experiences we have had - from the cleanliness and amenities to our host Roland, we could not have been happier. With so many options, I highly recommend this listing. Roland reached out to us directly before we arrived to make sure we knew how to get in touch with him and how to easily access the condo. Happily, there was never a reason to contact him as everything was perfect.

Enjoyable stay at Forest Ridge. Everything was nicer than expected - clean, quiet 2nd floor end-unit, very comfortable, a short walk to the recreation center, and excellent communications with Roland, our host. Condo was spacious (larger than appears in photos) and well-appointed as noted and in excellent condition, with clear directions for use and troubleshooting if needed (televisions/cable, HVAC, fireplace, laundry, etc.). Appreciate this being a pet-friendly unit as well, with wonderful grounds and pond for dog walking (with pet waste stations throughout). Fantastic location for enjoying all area attractions. Thanks for sharing this wonderful home, we hope to come back.

We enjoyed our time staying in Lincoln with a few exceptions. I had to reach out to the owner to get the code for the front door the day before. At that time he explained that there was a minor issue with the central air and to call if we had an issue. When we arrived at unit the ac was off and we couldn’t get it on. I called the owner, who called me back about 15 minutes later and was told to use a kitchen spatula to give the fan on the outside box a push to jumpstart the fan. This was not as easy as it sounds and my husband ended up with a nice gash on his arm from the sheet metal. I’m sure we are not the first people to have to deal with this issue. This continued to be an issue for our entire stay whenever the ac went off. Would not recommend staying here. The owner did give us a partial credit. There were also large stains on the carpeting but it is a “pet friendly condo” so I will let that slide

We spent the week and had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was spacious, well equipped, and great for my family. Pool was great, both indoor and outdoor. We saw shooting stars from the back deck, and the location was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Forest Ridge Experience
The property was clean and surprisingly spacious. Upper corner unit made for a nice private experience with beautiful views of the South Peak. Proximity to Pool/Clubhouse and Recreation area was a great add-on for the kids. Loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Great condo and location
Great condo for our annual hiking trip of 6 adults + dogs. Beds were incredibly comfortable and leather couches were a great place to hang out after a long day. The indoor and outdoor pools are a very short walk away. We loved walking the dogs around the pond that is right next to the condo. Roland was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable condo
We loved our weekend stay at this three bedroom condo. It is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 4 twin (bunk beds) are great for two families traveling together - and the beds are crazy comfortable (We all remarked on how great we slept). The owners were great with communicating with us - and provide lots of information on nearby activities and restaurants. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay for Santa's Village
We took our three girls up to visit Santa's Village but wanted to stay somewhere with more to do in between. This spot in Lincoln was absolutely perfect for our family of five- clean, plenty of space, and a full kitchen. Plus the place is right across from the pool, which was a huge bonus for my water-loving kids. Roland was a perfect host- communicative, friendly, and full of great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again on our next White Mountains adventure!

Excellent family vacation
Having stayed at Forest Ridge multiple times in the past, I have to say that this was our favorite rental! The location to the pool was perfect for our family, and enjoying the view of the mountains was our favorite way to end the nights! The layout of the condo was such that we could put the kids to bed without worrying that they would hear us conversing in the living room or on the deck out back. We’re already planning our stay for next year!

Wonderful location
Roland was an outstanding host who very responsive to any inquiries. He provided lots of information about the area and made recommendations for almost every possible interest and hiking ability.
The condo was homey, spotless and extremely well stocked. We loved sitting on the porch and cooked on the grill most nights.
Our goldendoodle pup loved the pond and the opportunity to chase the ducks

Nice get a way
Condo was perfect and met all of our needs. Our dog enjoyed the long walks in the neighborhood. The condo was convenient to all the trails we wanted to explore. Roland was gracious enough to give us information and recommendations on what trails to hike. Would definitely stay again.

Family friendly and relaxing
Roland was excellent to rent from, and made the rental process seamless. The unit was so clean and had everything needed for a week's stay. Our 13 y.o Doodle was right at home, and enjoyed the deck and pond for her morning stroll. Close to everything too. We will be back!

Another great stay in Lincoln
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Roland’s condo in Lincoln. It’s officially become one of our favorite places to be. The condo has everything you’d need, the beds in the master and second bedroom were changed since we were there last and are even more comfortable. Being able to use the grill on the deck was great. The location of the condo with in the complex is very convenient, walking distance to the pool and the pond. Roland is super easy to correspond with. We can’t wait to visit again.

In the time of COVID
Despite the limited opportunities in the area, we had one of our best vacations yet! The condo fit 6 people (ages 13-adult) with room to spare. The pool was a nice end to each day and the deck a nice beginning to each morning. Roland was very communicative and provided a copious amount of details from entering the property to places to eat. Our nervous dog even settled in just like she was at home. We will definitely reach out next time we are heading to the Lincoln area!

Summer Relaxation
The condo was very nice, clean, and exactly like the photos. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The close location to the pond was wonderful, Bear our dog, loved morning walks around the pond. The complex was close to the main road and many activities. The owner, Roland, was kind and very easy to communicate with. This was our first time in New Hampshire during the summer. It was beautiful!! We loved it and plan to return.

Our new favorite place to stay
Our stay at this condo was awesome! We try to make it to NH every year and this was our first time staying at this place. It is now our favorite place to stay. It was spacious and felt very cozy. The scenery is very nice. There is a cute little pond across the lot and a mountain view from the back deck (go out there at night to see all the stars) It’s also close enough to hiking spots we frequent and the supermarket is right down the road. Roland was very accommodating and sent us a list of things we could do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

Very clean. Easy communication with owner. Pool house and gym are a short walk. Quiet and private (except for some construction on nearby units). With restaurants, Loon Mountain and lots of nearby attractions. Very comfortable for six adults during our stay.

Great condo for our trip
The owners were wonderful. The condo had everything we needed. The location is central to everything. We played tennis and swam on the property and then took day trips for hiking and exploring. We would stay here again.

Great Place
This condo was perfect for our stay in Lincoln. It had everything we needed and more including toys and games for our daughter for those times we just wanted to hang in. It’s close to all the big attractions. With in the complex the condo is close to the pools/club house and tennis courts. It was clean and smelled nice - we’ve stayed at other pet friendly rentals that had an animal smell when we opened the door. The air conditioner was a great amenity for a couple of the nights that were hot and humid. It was an overall wonderful experience and we hope to rent again.

Great stay
Our stay in Lincoln was wonderful. Condo was everything it promised, plenty of space for our family of 5, comfy couches and beds, neat kitchen with pots and pans, etc. Lots of helpful information provided about area attractions as well- we loved spending time hiking in the White Mountains, at Clark's Trading Post and Whale's Tale Waterpark, and just swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. Highly recommend!
