Location! My wife likes NoVotel properties which made us book at vijayawada! But the experience at Vijayawada Novotel was a nightmare! Except for office staff Prasad, who was welcoming and has hospitality manners… rest are very reckless. Line manager didn’t bother to respond to the concerns! Strongly recommend to avoid Novotel Vijayawada!

Staff is very courteous. Hotel is clean.

Mini bar was not set-up. Tea sachets were not adequately replenished. Hotel has trust issues with (?booking.com) customers and front desk insisted on paying the entire amount at checkin and even more as a cover charge for future F& B consumption.

a little price for being in Vijayawada

I liked the view, the buffet, the bed and the swimming pool. The staff was very obedient, responsive, and kind. The buffet was tasty and had various dishes and desserts. The swimming pool was very big and my son loved swimming in it. The lobby also had a cool digital table that you can play games in it, it's basically just a big phone that only has games.

The view from our room looked just little bit okay. And the room was looking very dim, the rooms should have more lights.

The hotel staff are good

The floor carpets on the upper floors are dirty, we have a broken dust bin in the room. Room service is a bit too slow. We were given a room in one corner without much view upon request they were denied. I feel they need to put more effort into replacing carpets specially since we gone through COVID

Quintessential Novotel experience. - Situated just on the National Highway, so perfect for folks driving through Vijayawada. It takes 5 minutes to just hit the Highway. - Check-in was fast. - Room was spacious. - Bed & pillows were super comfy. - We ordered dinner which was absolutely fabulous. - Though it was not in our package originally, we had breakfast next day. All in all, it cost around INR 9K for room + dinner + 2 pax breakfast for 1 night stay.

The food quality is on high level eight. I never saw earlier I my journey experience around the globe, number of dishes presented represent regional , other Indian food and intercontinental served in BF or Lunch or Dinner. In each time you find lot more verity , new test , and way of presentation. Open cooking ( live stall ) is giving a different visual impression . The upmost beautiful part is service in food area ,the food service staff are so trend , having nice different regional dress each time , very polite and very fast to fulfill your desire .
