We all really liked that we could fish in the bay directly out back door.

This is a clean and lovely house with all the amenities. Every day, we had a perfect view of the sunset from the patio, the living room, and the dining area. The beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable. H-E-B Plus grocery store is only 8 to 10 minutes drive from this house. We will definitely return to this property again!

We visited Texas the beginning of April… Stayed in this condo… I looked at many others, wished I would’ve kept looking! Dirty utensils, water damaged walls, refrigerator does not make ice or have water- they’ve gone far enough to put the sticker on the refrigerator stating that! Obviously unwilling to invest in a new refrigerator! Screens unable to shed or stay on tracks… Noise from sliding glass doors continuous as the wind blows!

Very comfortable and clean condo. Loved the clean pool. We especially liked the open layout of the grounds allowing access to the entire waterfront for fishing.

Property is nice, but is definitely older and outdated. Looking at the pictures I envisioned it being cleaner than what it was and even first walking it it smelled of fish. Got the air moving around and was better. Great backyard view, plenty of room to separate kiddos and quick kitchen gadgets to make meals.

Overall a great spot and great fishing

Lots of room very comfortable and clean. Great fishing spot and close to the beach. 2nd time with Vacasa and they delivered again. Will be back soon

Great location

Beautiful view. Great little condo. A few kinks in our stay.... Upon arrival key pad did not work because wifi had been unplugged... Within 10 min we were able to get in with a key so no big deal. The fridge ice and water do not work. Prepare to get lots of ice and water at the store. The oven also did not work. A toaster oven was in the condo but made cooking difficult at times. Management offered to buy us food one night but we made things work. We were told the owner would be getting a new oven and we would get $25 per night for inconvenience. We just checked out today so it has not been credited as of today. I would of given this condo 4 stars if appliances would of worked properly.
We felt it should be better specified that limited supplies will be provided. I was under the impression it was a worry free stay so we didn’t need to bring more paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Maybe I miss read somewhere but I would of been better prepared. Positives great view, good location, fun dock to fish, and close to beaches

Condo was very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was relaxing and peaceful.

I have stayed here several times and love the location :) Home is clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room for the entire family. Beach is near and fishing was great. Thank you and look forward to staying again in the near future.

Almost everything was perfect! Had a few maintenance issues that couldn’t be taken care of over the weekend but all in all a great spot. Back deck gets FULL SUN in afternoon which is kinda miserable...but the house was great.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was there. The deck needs a little work and the headboard in king room is not attached to anything just sitting between wall and bed. BUT that being said we would totally go back!!!

The place was perfectly located and the views were amazing. The condo was also well decorated with great bedding. However the moment we arrived the smell of dead shrimp or fish was faint between the kitchen table and kitchen. We bought cleaner and febreeze to kill but still came back. I understand this is not the owners fault. The only other complaint was the condition of the deck. It is a hazard to all children and elderly. One whole railing was removable and nails were exposed. Part of the deck was laying on the ground. We had to warn people to be careful or to avoid leaning on it. For the amount we paid for one night stay the whole deck could have been replaced. Overall the place was enjoyable and we made the best of it. Thanks

Our stay at your condo was perfect for our family of 5. Your home atmosphere gave of us the relaxing stay we needed when we weren't doing the hustle and bustle of holiday celebrations. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we will definitely being staying here again should it be available.

We were in town for a Winging Ceremony at NAS. The home worked out perfect for the 3 generations that stayed there plus the extended family that came over to relax in between events. Comfortable beds and fun decor. The large deck with views for miles was a favorite place for morning coffee and family gatherings.

Hubby n I took our 13 yr old daughter and 2 of her friends. There was plenty of room. For all of us. The sunsets on the deck were perfect! The condo was clean and neat and furnishings were nice. We cook a lot when we go to the beach and were happily surprised at the number of pots and pans and other cooking supplies. And they were of good quality. The unit had plenty of soft n fluffy bath towels. Take LOTS of mosquito spray because you will definitely need it if you spend any time outside at all. We were all covered in bites the first day. Stocked up on spray for tbe rest of the time and hubby even bought a hose and yard spray and sprayed every night. The best part of our stay was the girls LOVING to fish off the bulkhead! By the end of it all, they were baiting their own hooks and taking their own fish off the line. It's memories they will never forget. We tried to stay a couple of more nights, but someone else had booked it. We absolutely had the best time, made great memories and we will be back! Suggestions......... taller chairs and a small table for beverage glasses on the patio to sit and enjoy the sunset (railing blocked the view in the low chairs), please label the light fixtures, and an extra wash rag and hand towels in the kitchen for those of us that like to cook. An extra fan or 2 for the upper bedrooms would help. The ceiling fan works good, but it really can get warm up there in the afternoons (poor little AC was really working overtime). Hopefully there are plans for a small dock like other units have. Cons........the soap dispenser in the dishwasher with the door does not work. Once I realized that, I was fine. Mosquitos are horrible! Well beyond horrible! The community really needs to spray more often or check into a professional service that can do it. Whoever they use now is just not working. Finally, 11 am check out is really just too early. Noon would be best just so renters have that little extra time to not feel rushed. If anyone finds a pair of prescription eye glasses.....they belong to me. Please let VRBO know if you do. Thank you!
