We had an amazing stay at Koh Mak Homestay. The facilities are excellent- The rooms are new & clean, the pillows and bed so comfortable, the shower is hot & the AC works very well. There is a big fridge in the room & you can ask for a hairdryer if you need it! Alessandro & his wife are so friendly, attentive & chatty. He picked us up from the port & dropped us there when leaving. He gave us lots of information about where to eat/ what to do & booked our Koh Kood ticket for us. They really are such lovely people and make you feel so welcome! Koh Mak is a small island so you can get around so easily. We rented a scooter from Alessandro which was available to us straight away! 10/10 stay & cant recommend Koh Mak Homestay enough!

It's clean.rooms are cute . . Nice and comfortable bed and pillow. AC and fan in room . You also have a fridge. Owners are lovely and really helpful . Garden is clean and location quiet. Furthermore you can rent motorbike. That make you life much easier.

Excellent location and great value for a decent stay on the quiet island of koh mak. Our host arranged for pickup from the pier and for our transportation off the island. There was a decent motorbike for rent and the island is so small the roads are very safe to ride around on a motorbike. Its a flat island that means no waterfalls or hills on the road to worry about. I work when I travel so internet is important and had no complaints with its performance

We loved our stay at Koh Mak Homestay! They were so welcoming and helpful! Alessandro picked us up from the pier and took us back when we left. They helped us with booking our next accomodation. Room was exactly what we needed. We would stay here again if we return to koh mak!

Alessandro is really kind and helpful, he knows everything about koh mak and koh kood and thanks to his advice and some people he introduced me, my vacation was amazing. The room is like new and very clean, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning and the hot shower works great. The location is in the center of the island, so by renting a motorbike is possible to reach every beach and restaurant in minutes.

Noor the woman she is very kind and she helps her customers for everything with smile and she is beautiful person. her husband he is looking very cool and relax , it would be very nice if the both cooking italian and thaï food to customers 🙂 Maybe next time. if you go to koh make you have to going there ! it s very rare for me to write a message back about hostel and so on... but for this one, i should to do it because it was very nice meeting . and the room it was very clean!

The homestay was fabulous, the family lovely and looked after us well. Coffee was readily made, food was offered to us and the family took us to a party with them. They also helped us get around the island - much appreciated.

No breakfast included, but lovely place just down the road.

Homestay Guesthouse felt very much like home, and the Italian owner was extremely attentive and helpful. I cannot say enough about his top treatment of the guests. He gave great restaurant references, rented us a new model Moped, and was always there. Homestay only has 4 rooms which were all in top quality condition, with AC and very comfortable beds. The location was not directly on the ocean, but a 10 minute walk there. If you're looking for relaxation and a quiet environment I would highly suggest the Homestay.

It would have been great to have a TV in the room since the island in general is very subdued with not much to do in the evenings, although it was not a problem by any means.

I had a perfect stay in Koh Mak Homestay. Very friendly owner who will give u all the information you need. Possible to rent a motorbike from the accommodation .

Alessandro was a super nice and welcoming host and made the time for us a perfect stay so that we even came back later. Clean and calm area, extremely comfortable beds, we slept perfectly good :) Alessandro helped us a lot, not only with motorbike rent, but also with organization of transfer and even transfer from Trat to Cambodia, when we were already departed for a week. Thank you very very much and hope to see you again :)
