Charmantes Ferienhaus mit Americana-Themen ist perfekt für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub. Das Wohnzimmer bietet gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Doppelschlafsofa. Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Kabelanschluss und Blu-ray-DVD. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das 2. Schlafzimmer über ein Doppelbett. Der Hof bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Joggen und Spielen oder zum Entspannen auf Stühlen im Freien. Nachts können Sie Marshmallows in der Feuerstelle rösten (erkundigen Sie sich bei der Feuerwehr nach Verbrennungsverboten). In der Nähe der Grundschule, Gearhart Crossing, Pacific Way Cafe und nur 1/2 Meile vom Strand entfernt, ist dies wirklich ein sehr süßes Häuschen in einer ruhigen Straße. Waschmaschine / Trockner wurde hinzugefügt (für diejenigen, die sich erinnern, in diesem entzückenden Häuschen gewohnt zu haben). Parkplatz für 2 Autos in der Einfahrt, 1 oder 2 auf der Straße.

Had a wonderful time, loved the coziness, very comfortable, enjoyable the Americana furnishings. Humorously, the bathroom speaks for itself. Since we aren’t small people, it tapped upon our creativity to accomplish certain cleansing strategies! All in all, a great stay.

Adorable cottage which was perfect for a girls getaway. Terrific location for anyone looking to spend time up and down US Route 101. Cozy home, very clean and had everything needed to cook our own meals or just kick back and relaxing from road travel days. Would absolutely stay again!

Very clean. I understand wanting to make it like a home and comfortable, but there were so many decorative items it was hard to find a place to put our own belongings. I would also suggest a remodel of the bathroom. That tub/shower felt like an accident waiting to happen. Enjoyed the fire pit.

The house was so cute and quiet. Decorations were awesome. We didn’t use the yard but nice that we had it. Great base for our travels to Astoria and Long Beach to the north and Tillamook to the south. Walking distance to DQ if you are craving a Blizzard. A definite place to return on our next vacation to the coast.

It's a nice little place in Gearhart! It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach, but it's not too bad. The appliances are old, but everything worked well for us.

This is the second time we've stayed in this adorable beach house. WE LOVE IT!!! We went to the Astoria Wine and Crab festival (again) and this house is perfect for the four of us. Yes only one bathroom - but we make it work. Hosted a BBQ for eight and enjoyed laughs and conversation around the fire pit. We will definitely be back in 2024!!!

All was good. Nice home with all the comforts of home. Our only issue was the shower. Being an older couple it was unsuitable for us. The bed was comfortable. Living room was comfy.

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks in July at this lovely, vintage cottage. We enjoyed dinner outside every night with our family and granddaughter who live nearby. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and within walking distance of Gearhart’s shops. Drives to nearby towns were easy and fun. The staff were very friendly and responsive. I’ll stay there again next summer.

This was a very clean & tidy cottage. Close to all area centers of shopping, restaurants & activities. I think the only thing I would add are shades for privacy in the rooms with half curtains. Everything was well cared for and maintained.

Quaint Americana at the Coast
This was the cutest little place, just perfect for our group of four adults! It has a beautiful, large yard with fire pit, and is just a short walk to town and the beach. We loved our stay!

What a wonderful surprise! We reserved 102 Spruce a few months back. We were attending the Astoria Wine & Crab Festival. The photos on VRBO were great BUT when we arrived totally fell in LOVE with this little gem. Perfect for the four of us, and the other four who visited for a clam feed. We will definitely be back.

The place was bigger than we expected and decked out in awesome vintage decor down to the kitchenware! Great spot for a family or even two couples, as the house almost feels separated into 2 wings. Walking distance to cute shops and the beach. Super clean on arrival and easy check in/check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Home
The home is exactly like pictured. Located on a quiet street the home is cozy and comfortable. The sofas are showing their age but are comfortable. When the listing says basic cable that means you get 6 tv stations, but all the music channels are available so you can enjoy music. We had no issues with the internet. Beware, the listing does not specifically state that the tub/shower is a clawfoot tub you must step up into and I did not catch that from the one picture of the bathroom. We had a little trouble controlling the temperature in the house. It was either too cold or too hot. It was a stormy weekend so that may have affected the heating controls. The house was clean and tidy but the cleaners need to look up and get the cobwebs. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Excellent quaint House near beach. Great get away far from crowds and tourists. Do not try to drive onto beach (I got stuck) Thank god for sons of the beach! Kitchen could use a fan, stove an upgrade; but other than that a great value and fantastic stay. Would love to return with friends.

Clean and simple
This cottage is quaint and cozy and was very clean upon arrival. Overall, we were very pleased with the location and house. We encountered one small issue - he under counter cutting board broke the first time we tried to pull it out. Other than that, everything else was great! We really appreciated having a washer/dryer on-site. We'd recommend this for anyone visiting on a budget and would definitely book again. The property management company was available, even on Sunday when we checked in and explained everything which was very reassuring.

The listing itself stated parking on street available. This was not the case.
You have to drive into Seaside to obtain and drop off the keys. Traffic to and from Seaside can be very congested and time consuming.
Overall it was a great and quiet location. The beds are comfortable and the house is very clean. They do require you to get the laundry started, but did not provide enough laundry soap for more than one load.

Batteries in smoke alarms
after repeated visits to office and calls to the 24 hr service line to get the dead batteries changed with no success, I had to remove all the smoke alarms from the ceiling and walls to get the alarms from chirping all night long. I would not recommend this company Beachhouse rentals.

We loved this cottage and look forward to returning sometime very soon. Well stocked kitchen (coffee maker and filters, toaster, casserole pans, mugs, wine glasses, etc), squeaky clean, comfortable beds, cozy gas fireplace, efficient layout (small cottage but felt spacious for our family of 4), large private yard, 5 minute walk to 2 coffee shops, 2 restaurants, ice cream shop and a market; 10-15 minute walk to the beach, few minute drive to McMenamins Sand Trap. Easy check-in and check-out procedures.
