First time in Raleigh and totally enjoyed ourselves! The townhouse was just what expected, clean, quiet, and you can walk to a-lot of things! Thank you for your hospitality, we highly recommend! Perfect spot

We stayed here an event we had were attended at the convention center downtown. Its a bit of a hike to the convention center but a short walking distance to restaurants and bars. The place was impeccably clean and well organized. There was no outside noise to bother you during the night, but the train is close by with minimal noise. I highly recommend this place for adults.

A few days before my booking, I ended up getting diagnosed with 2 ear infections, a sinus infection and bronchitis. I was beyond sick and realized I was unable to travel. It was past the cancellation date and so VRBO encouraged me to reach out to the owner about an exchange of dates (since a refund was no longer possible). I did this but the owner insisted that there was no possibility for a refund nor would they discuss the option of new dates or a credit towards new dates, and they asked me to cancel (I could not, it was too late to cancel in the app). I wasn't looking for a refund, I understand it was too late, but it was frustrating to do as VRBO suggested and still have the owner claim it wasn't possible and shut down my inquiry. it's fine, these things happen, but I will stick to a hotel next time. One can usually cancel within 24 hours without having to pay for the entire stay, including cleaning fees(!), for a trip that never happened.

The property is in a great location! Walk to restaurants on Glenwood Ave and quick Uber ride to Cameron Village and anything going on at NCSU campus (parent’s weekend, graduation, etc). The condo is exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable living spaces and beds.

Very convenient to Glenwood south and downtown, but also quiet :) The place was fantastic and the host very considerate. Highly recommend

Property was clean and close to everything we needed

This small townhome development is next to the up and coming Glenwood Street. Walkable to many restaurant, entertainment venues and grocery stores. Backs up to train tracks, but barely heard it. Nicely kept place - very comfortable. Parking outside garage - as garage is not included in rental.

Was very difficult to make payment. I was instructed by the owner to contact VRBO. I did and it was a 30 minute process. I have never had that before. Loved the location!

This is our second time renting Anne’s place! You can’t beat the location. Anne is very thoughtful in her amenities for guests.

Excellent place! Plenty of room for the 4 of us to hang out and relax. Close enough to our weekend plans that we walked almost everywhere, and what we didn’t walk to was only a short drive. Host was quick to respond to all questions, friendly and had lots of helpful information about things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay hosted by Anne. Simply cannot beat the location! Looking forward to our return already.

Come to Raleigh to visit. Close to Univ and places to go. Host is great to work with and accommodations are great. Will be back again.

Beautiful two bedroom townhouse in a quiet neighborhood , very clean and well maintained home with many thoughtful touches for guests. Quite close to great variety of restaurants and several art galleries. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot, perfect stay

We rented as a place for our adult son & ourselves as we traveled for a wedding. Place is charming in a mews like with beautifully thought out (and personal/not "corporate") furnishings and decorations. The two bedrooms are very spacious and kitchen well equipped with lots of counter space. Great based for the time we spent walking around the city and near to wonderful restaurants, state house and more.

We were impressed with the warm and delightful decor in this well designed space. It was in a tucked away spot in an area close to a lot of things to do. We will absolutely stay here again when in Raleigh.

The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. It was quiet and the the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect. The grocery store was at a convenient walking distance. Bonus: access to a full array of channels to unwind to after a full day of meetings. Thank you so much!

We have stayed many different places through the years and this is the best one yet. The location, comfort, and beauty of the unit are wonderful. We will be traveling to Raleigh fairly often and will hopefully be able to book this pace every time!

Property is very nice like is advertised. There is a train that you will hear once or twice at night, but really didn’t affect us too much. There is noise from the nearby locations also. Overall, we thought it was conveniently located to all amenities that downtown has to offer. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the balcony was big enough for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed our stayed, even with the train being so closed by it really didn’t bother us but others should be awared .

The townhome was very comfortable and well decorated. The location was fantastic with lots of places to walk to.

I was here for work and it felt like a home away from home. Anne was a pleasure to work with and her communication was excellent. Very clean and the location is great.

The property is absolutely lovely! Clean and comfortable, the home was quite enjoyable. We appreciated all the books, the balcony, and the basket full of brochures detailing where to explore in the area. Definitely walkable to so many area highlights.

Anne’s townhouse was perfect! Could not be in a better location - close to everything on Glenwood. The house was well equipped, clean, and had nice touches with artwork all around. Would definitely book Anne’s place again.

Trip to Raleigh to visit student at NC State. Enjoyed the home, the location and the host. Host is great and the home meets our expectations every time.

The home was just as pictured! Our family enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and to gather in the comfortable living room. The home has wonderful small details that really make a difference. My husband loved all of the books!

This is an incredible VRBO. Right in the heart of Raleigh. 2 charming rows of townhouses facing each other, seemingly plopped down in the middle of a beautiful old residential area at the edge of downtown. It was such a pretty setting. You could walk a couple of blocks and be in all Glenwood South has to offer. So much within walking distance. A new Publix grocery a 2 block walk. The townhouse was stunning. All the artwork by the owner was a delight. Beautiful sitting area in front, then gourmet kitchen and then a most comfortable family room, all decorated professionally. The cute deck off the back was a fun spot. and even in Dec it was warm enough to sit out. The upstairs with 2 spacious bedrooms and laundry room were most comfortable. This is probably one of the nicest, well decorated and clean VRBO's that we have stayed in and we have stayed all over the US, and England, Scotland and Canada. Thank you Anne for providing such an "urban oasis". And also all the information you provided in a well detailed notebook.
