the value was great! had all of the basic amenities needed to stay in tokyo. shower has great water pressure! katsushika is a quiet town full of locals. very quaint and cool!

for a group of 6 it was a bit tight fitting. the heater works, it just seems that the place is not insulated too well. even with it running high, our group was very cold during our visit in january. it also takes about an hour to commute into popular areas such as shibuya/harajuku/shinjuku as we did not realize how big tokyo was. however these are not dealbreakers, just things to keep in mind based on your commute preferences and season.

It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay with family. The host is very kind, responsive and helpful. I would stay there again if I visited Tokyo.

The location is not at the city center and takes sometime to reach by metro.
