Room heating facility working condition was very good , clean room with spacious washroom however room was very small.

Front desk lady was very rude in behaviour , not so pleasant . Room was very smallland location was not good, hotel is in between some supermarkets and workshop not felt safe at all for an evening walk particularly for foreigners.Breakfast was very poor ,only some very cold many days old rice, cold bread there was no toaster at all..& some veggies , cheese and ham

Terrace didn't worked (from there view is really good). Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was terrible, also eating area not comfortable. After shower bathroom becoming fully water (no normal walls to close water spray). There are much more cozy hotels in the area.

The bed and pillows were comfy. Our rooms were clean with a shower with good water pressure and temperature control. We also enjoyed the view of Trinity Church from our balcony.

- wifi was not working (we have never asked actually because we had mobile internet but still it would nice if this was there by default - staff was rather not too pleasant although it is maybe cultural (no smiling and very concise communication - yes/no) - in Tbilisi for similar price you can a really really nice place in the center of old town

I booked a room with a view of the mountain but then the room door was faulty and we were put in a room on 2nd floor that had a view of the road and all the noise of horses, cows and traffic from the road. The bathroom was suppose to have a shower with glass door that was not there and as we showered the whole bathroom got flooded. The toilet water kept running when flushing it. Upstairs rooftop bar was very disappointing. No service in the afternoon. In the evening we went back and the coffee machine was broken. Not at all like they show in the photos. There was only 2 parking spots and we got called twice before 9 with nobody talking on the other side of the phone and us the guessing correctly that they wanted us to move the car. Breakfast was very disappointing. Boiled egg, sausage, stale bread, yoghurt and terrible watermelon and no service at all. Could not even find a teabag. I was not even offered a discount for the room that we were given. Not a happy customer at all. It was not a stay, it was a nightmare and we could not wait to leave.

Great location, oké breakfast. Great value for money!

.They should seriously add few items for breakfast. That was the sad part. They hardly have anything to eat. Even if they want to serve English breakfast atleast they should have bread slices. Mashed potatoes. Kidney beans. But unfortunately just 2 fruit. Georgian bread. Cheese. Eggs. And cabbage. That's all. Internet was also not that great. It was getting disconnected every minute.

The view from the balcony of the church...the central location where the main market is a short walk away but at the same time u are not in the midst of the hustle bustle....the Roop top terrace bar really has some fantastic 360 degree views...

The balcony...if u can call it such...is very very narrow...sitting out is impossible.. Breakfast could have been a better spread..

the receptionist is very rude and the answer for all of your questions “ we do not have any” I asked for a baby crib and they after my reservation and the confirmed. when I arrived she said we do not have any I walked in the hotel floors and I found one. I asked them to take it and the said yes and it clean. with anger and it strange attitude. after few minutes, she came to our room and found the door is open and rushed to the crib and took the blankets without any reason just we do not have any the breakfast is very limited choices the rooms are not as in the pictures and the towels are not clean and has dirt traces on them and the room has no A/C and when you open the windows all types of flys in your room this is the worst stay ever in my experience

Location was perfect, surrounded with many shops and restaurants. Parking for the car was provided. We enjoyed the terrace with the most amazing view of the mountains. The room was cleaned every day.

Breakfast was the same and also very basic. Wifi was barely connecting in our room. No AC and the room was getting really hot. There is no shower curtain/door etc so the water is splashing all over the bathroom.

The hotel staff is super friendly. The property is an extremely standard hotel that you should expect. Everything works fine and nothing stands out in terms of service (either on the good side or the bad side). Breakfast is light but is pretty good and diverse.

The Wi-Fi is a bit wonky, doesn’t really work well.

The hotel is located at the city centre. You can visit the local restaurants by walk.

We booked the hotel because we liked the view from the roof restaurant. However, the restaurant is closed. You can't drink or eat there. Only during breakfast. Menu option is limited. Parking in front of the hotel has a limited space as well. Cleaning service to be improved: I found some biscuits from the previous child in a baby cot and previous guest's socks behind the bed... Hotel staff doesn't speak English very well. They cannot provide you any advice. We supposed to have a mountain view from our room. In reality, we saw the old damaged buildings from neighborhood and mountain peaks. Sound isolation was not the best.

Good location near markets and restaurants. Strong wifi, good shower, good breakfast

Weak insulation. 2nd floor rooms on the rear is same level as small street, no view and windows can't be fully open. Best to park street side. No daily cleaning service. Lumpy bed.
