Emplacement très bien situé

Nicolas was an attentive and very helpful host who provided good local recommendations and suggestions both before and during our stay. The studio although in a vibrant area, it’s courtyard location meant that it was very peaceful and even sleeping with the windows open at night we were not disturbed. The location was excellent and we walked everywhere, the metro is also nearby. The studio is homely, has everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches, the bed was very comfortable and the shower lovely and warm, bath was a bonus. We have had a great time in Paris and having this peaceful nest to retreat to left us rested and revived. Thank you Nicolas.

Very central,decent size and nice apartment in the heart of Paris…the host Nicholas is very friendly,welcoming and responsive,would definitely stay here again,I recommend…

The only downside is the steep stairs up to the 5th floor especially if you are traveling with luggage but otherwise there was nothing not to like….

Nope. (It’s just a pity that we were not able to use the hair dryer and didn’t visit all the tourist sites in Paris🥲)

The location was perfect, walkable to many tourist attractions, and well connected by metro. The host was very generous and kind and gave me plenty of tips to make my stay pleasant.

Great location in the 2nd, close to two metro stations, walking distance to everywhere, on the edge of Le Marais. The owner was very helpful, friendly & informative.

It wasn’t clean. The floors (probably not easy getting a vacuum cleaner up the stairs), the kitchen, the cupboards & drawers all needed a good clean out of both dirt and extraneous items. I cleaned the shower and tiles myself. I know a cleaner comes in to change linen etc but not sure how much actual cleaning they do.

5th floor with no lift….
