Booking was very easy and the communication was good. Julian was very helpful and considerate. Unfortunately we did have a few issues with the property. The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean on arrival and very tastefully decorated. We did have some trouble with the garbage disposal clogging requiring maintenance to need to make a trip out. It initially cleared without much trouble but did repeatedly suffer backup requiring use of a plunger to get it to flow again- about 3-4 occasions. Additionally we were unsure why the the laundry room was super warm every time the dryer was used. We found that the deyer vent tubing was ripped and torn off. We had to have the maintenance gentleman return. The room with 2 beds stayed very warm. Our teenage girls were in there and we did not realize how much so to the point of the floor itself felt hot. Unsure what was located below that room. Considering the cost of the room for the week I expected things to be better.

The Villas of Clearwater Beach was amazing. Location is right on the gorgeous beach of Clearwater. The property was clean, roomy, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. We spent our days swimming in the beautiful ocean, walking the beach or basking in the sun. We enjoyed morning coffee on the Oceanview porch and later watching the sunset over the ocean with a relaxing glass of wine. There are lots of great shops and restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed. Frenhcy's was a favorite. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Julian, the concierge, provided us with top notch customer service as he was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Overall you cannot beat the view and convenience to the beach. Dental was dated, except for the bathrooms. After one shower in the master shower, the drain clogged. We reached out to our contact for the rental, Julian, and he said maintenance would come. They never did...for what you pay to rent the unit, you should have better customer service.

The Villa's is a perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place in a busy Beach town. I have stayed there in two different times and units. My first experience was perfect, but this year the condo had problems. The sliding door locks are rusted and don't lock. We had to move the bed to clean the breakfast bars that were left there, etc..

I’m nervous to give this place such a great review because I don’t want it booked up every time I want to go back lol. We couldn’t ask for a better location. It was literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and nice. It could use a few updates but we weren’t really inside very much so we weren’t really looking for appearance. Mona our manager was on top of everything we needed. It even had beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. It had a coffee pot and all the basic kitchen essentials. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The only downside was the pool was in between two buildings so it was shaded most of the time, but you have the beach right there if you like sun all day long. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Villas of Clearwater Beach. The views from the balcony were amazing...we enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the morning and then watching the sunset in the evening! The condo is somewhat outdated and the cleanliness was not superb...we found hair on our beds and in the bathrooms, stains on bedding, and toys found stuffed in the sides of the chairs in the living room. We were able to easily navigate around Clearwater and also to Tampa for a Bucs football game.

Very nice condo overall. Clean, close to everything and an unbeatable view from the balcony. The kitchen could have been equipped with items such pizza pans, cleaning spray and other a few more trash bags. Also inform renters that beach towels and other beach toys/chairs are provided so folks do not purchase them before arriving and buy unnecessary items. It was very appreciated to have those items supplied and we were able to return the things we bought for the beach to Walmart.We will be return customers! Thanks for the great stay!

Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. So many fun things to do, searching (diving) for shells in the sand bar, jet ski rentals right from the beach and fishing off the pier, to name a few. We had the BEST time!

We basically park our car for the week and easily walk everywhere for shopping, dining, fun at pier 60!! Our unit was so clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we need! This property was so old and in need of repairs it was not funny at all.
What I saw online comparing to what we saw was a world of difference. Froken doors and screen doors to patio, broken ceiling fans, very old Furnitures, all doors needed at least a fresh coat of paint and repair. One night we were stocked inside because the exit door was not opening!! the property manager told us to kick it and break it. The only good thing about the place was the view of the water ,That is it. For the price we paid this was not worth it and I will make sure to broadcast this to all social media unless I have been contacted by you and remedy my issues. Ahmad Hodaei

Location was great. View was beautiful. The room is exactly what we expected, very nicely decorated. Manager was nice. Things to improve: Our floor was covered in sand, we had to clean while we were there. Even though cleaning person just left. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rec bring your own bath towels there’s were stained. I’m sure they were clean but visually not appealing to wash/dry yourself.

The condo was very spacious and had a wonderful balcony that wrapped around and could easily accommodate 6 people! The sunsets were breathtaking to view from balcony and windows too! The location is quiet but located within walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops. The only suggestion would be the balcony chairs need to be updated as the sun and sea air has taken its toll on them. It was nice to have beach toys and some beach towels to use vs. having to pack those. Also wonderful to have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. With the cost of everything this condo is perfect for families or friends traveling together! We will be back for sure!

Nice Family vacation
We loves the location, and the beach! The unit was nice wnough but needs painted and updated, smelled and looked extremley clean when we walked in until we found the spots of fresh blood on the walls, assuming that housekeeping must have cut themselves and didnt put on a band-aide several days later we found more dried spots on the wall Mona was great in sending someone quickly to clean it. Beds were very comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay and our littles loved the pool. The beach and the short walk was amazing with alot to to do with just a short walk. We will be coming back to Clearwater again in the future.

Condo was a nice place with a great view, but for a 3 bedroom condo there was NOT enough bath towels or wash rags (doing a load of towels everyday just to have clean ones ready and crumbs/snacks left on the floors from the people before

The condo had everything we needed for our stay including extra beach chairs and beach towels. We were steps away from the beach and far away enough from the crowds on the main strip. We did have issues with noise from neighbouring homes on the street, people yelling, partying late into tue night and being a condo complex there is no security on-site to manage the noise. Quiet hours start at 10 however without security no one is there to enforce. It was Spring Break week so this was to be expected. Would not deter us from staying there again, just an FYI. The condo itself was very clean and beds and furniture very comfortable. The patio facing the beach was huge and had 2 lounge chairs and several other chairs to accommodate everyone. The premises was also very clean and well kept. The building is gated and access code required to enter pool area, elevator and stair wells to access your condo. The pool area was great for the windy days when we needed a break from the beach. All in all this was a great place to stay! I also have to give a shout out to Mona who was amazing and was very responsive to questions we had before we arrived and during our stay. It was hard to leave the beautiful views we had from A11 for the 7 days we were there!

Perfect girls family reunion
Spent a week at this beautiful condo right on the beach. It was just perfect for our group of gals from across the country. The balcony was the best part. I could’ve spent the whole time there. The beach was perfect. Soft sand and much less crowded than farther down closer to town. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not one criticism!!
