Nice location at top of the mountain. Easy transfer to city center with bus.

No fresh coffee at breakfast. Cold coffee need to be warmed in the micro-wave. No attention of staff.

Loved the quaintness

We are business people traveling so although leisure we need wifi, reception of wifi was extremely poor and no TV reception, whenever we pointed this out at reception all we were told was it usually works, no one tried to help us. We arrived after hours and we're not given entry information so had to ask the hotel across the road to make contact as we had no roaming data.. There is so little to do to make a mediocre experience into an awesome experience and I hope our comments will be taken to heart.. A kettle in the room for morning coffee would also go along way to change the experience.. But it was comfortable so will definitely keep it on my list.

the situation was good. easy to get into San Sebastián. people helpful when they were available.

coffee awful and breakfast basic asked for extra pillow which we never got. I eventually found one in a box in top of cupboard. self check in was not expected. felt we should have been given details thru message system on booking.com instead we had to call a number for instructions. fortunately we had some who could speak Spanish to help us.

Rooms are not insulated ! Les chambres ne sont pas isolées! You can hear people pe*ing in their bathroom.

Very nice, basque-style hotel. We had a room with a terrace and a nice view. Enough space, excellent interior, free parking.

A bit cold in the room and the location is for traveling by car (hard and expensive to park in the town) or by bus.

No service at all, I came to the hotel and there's no front desk, some piece of paper sicked to glassdoor, that I have to call to phone #, it ridiculous, what if I don't have a phone? And I sent a message to the hotel that I will arrive around 13 pm. It was very difficult to send email or message with the door's code, I went to hotel across the street to get buttle opener and couple of vine glasses.

the room was ok, quite big and clean.

It is a bit out of town, so if you don´t come with car, the position can be uncomfortable, especially at night when buses are not frequent. I would suggest to add a vending machine so that the guests could buy a water/snack/coffee, even if there was a bottle of water in the room.
