bien localisé. proche de la gare et du métro. chambres confortables. bâtiment calme.
cuisine mal équipée pour cuisiner. aucune indication sur l'étage mais heureusement des photos envoyées par le propriétaire ont permis de trouver. machine à laver mais pas d'etendoir a linge. tout petit balcon qui donne dans une chambre.

Die Lage war ok, man konnte das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichen und der Bahnhof war nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Ich hatte ein selbstverschuldetes Problem, bei dem mir der Besitzer des Apartments helfen hätte können, das hat ihn jedoch kaum interessiert.

The host person doesn't speak English. Parking in not reccomended on the streen next to the building.

Breakfast was not included.
Waited on street with luggage for quite some time while trying to get some attention from cleaner and another woman who was putting keys into boxes.
Both completely ignored all questions on how to obtain keys, whether they didn't understand english who knows, I finally showed booking on Booking website and she was able to read english OK so they rang someone and finally received keys.
The area, though close to station and a large supermarket a few minutes walk, the area was not pleasant, with many
worrying sights and people.

Really clean and was a nice apartment
The booking was advertised as having said a sofa bed and there was not. The couch wasn’t big enough to sleep on either.

We stayed only two days but the apartment has everything you need and it is clean. It is near the subway.
The owner gave us details about the keys via whatsapp. It was easy to find them.
The neighborhood is unattractive and even unsafe if you are alone.
The first night we couldn't sleep because of the loud music until late from other tenants of the building.

Athens City Themis 2 is a very cozy place for a family or a couple of friends having 2 bedrooms and a small living room. Visited Athens for the Marathon and the apartment's location is absolutely perfect for a runner or any tourist. It is very easy to get to the center of Athens either by metro or by walking (specially for a runner looking to get to Syntagma Square early in the morning).
The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and check-in was a breeze since the instructions were clear and with photos. Also the apartment was spotless and the Wifi worked perfect.
While the area is very quiet, it also lacks shops and restaurants. Keep that in mind when coming back from your travels.
Not really a minus, but keep in mind that it got a little chilly at night (although by day it was hot for the period) so we had to use the AC a little bit.

Good apartment, clean, with almost all you need.
It's a bit noisy outside, it looks pretty weird but we accomodate well in 3 days of staying there. Very crowded, parking almost impossible there and the parking lot was a bit too far but I think that all Athene is like that.

I liked the bedrooms. Beds was comfy, was very good sized. TV had netflix and youtube etc. Metro station was walking distance. Very clean and tidy. He allowed me to check out a little later. Finding the apartment was sort of easy.
The actual building and area. Kinda dodgy but Athens itself has lots of areas that are dodgy. The actual building looked like it was falling apart. Its a shame because the apartment itself was amazing. Also didn’t have any seasoning or salt and pepper :(

Central but has well soundproofed bed rooms. Clean. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Good shower and kitchen well furnished. Great value. Clear self check in.
Some occasional sound from stairwells can be heard only in kitchen but it's a regular apartment block so this is inevitable and was not an issue at night.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean near train station where you can see lot homeless and drug addicted.
The host doesn't sent me a instructions for parking and check in, after a many calls and messages finally host answered in very bad English.
Breakfast was included in price, but they didn't served.
