All, location, the host Luciano, comfortable

Luciano was very very kind, generous, warm, accomodating and understanding. With such a wonderful location very close to the Church, the price is truly very reasonable. Not only a quiet place but surely pilgrims will love the place.

The owner at the beggining seems to be very sneaky and unpolite. he asked us if we are married because „they are catholics” and he wants to know. We felt discriminated to be sincere. We are traveling through whole Europe as you see via Booking and we dont have this kind of problems. moreover, we want to make a complaint at the host because he went in our room when we weren’t in the villa and he tried to do it again when we were sleeping in the morning, but we locked the door and left a key in a lock!! I just don’t get this kind of behaviour, we are dissapointed and we even wanted to check out after the situation, but the host said that we should stay and there will be no more problems. Moreover, after we checked out, he sent a message to Booking that we have to pay 20€ for the dogs! Why couldn’t he have said this to our face? He didnt say about it anything, when we were talking about the dogs. We dont recommend this place at all.

Had a splendid time here and the host was like Christ himself. Super lovely space built by Padre Pio and dedicated to the Divine Will apostolate by Padre Pio. Would stay again.

Perfect place for DEVOTED catholics to stay in San Giovani Rotondo. 3 minutes on foot from Padre Pio shrine. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful chapel too. Very good Wi-Fi connection.

Mr. Antonio is a very kind person, always ready if you need Help or guidance, because of his warm welcoming heart I will definitely recommend the property to my relatives and friends. My only advise to the property if possible to have Wifi as other neighboring hotels now a days provide the service to communicate to relatives or even within San Giovanni. Mr. Antonio gave me a ride to Bus Station because it was raining when I left, very kind person. The Chapel of the property was personally BLESSED by Padre Pio , I adore to Pray in silence to that Chapel during my entirely 3nights stay. A place of solemnity for Praying !
