All Good! Great location, staff & breakfast, would definitely stay again when in Assisi!

parking was a bit complicated as in had to park a ways away from property.

La struttura Ok , l’unica cosa attenzione ai tassisti qualcuno fa il furbetto mi hanno cercato una cifra esagerata 25€ per portarmi alla stazione, informandomi ho saputo che il prezzo va da 10 a max 15€ e se ve lo prenotano alla reception fatevi dire in anticipo il prezzo e come vuole essere pagato perché il tassista mi ha rifiutato la carta Meno male che avevo dei contanti

The facilities were nice but the hilly ascend to the building was difficult for us since we were all seniors. Additionally the staff was not very friendly..

The elevated location and the not so friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted with travel arrangements.

The rooms allocated to us were in awkward locations within the hotel and right by the street door, which made them noisy. This wasn’t mentioned in any information given. Also, we weren’t warned before we arrived that there would be an electricity cut from 4am to 9am on the first day of our arrival. We had no hot water for showers or lights for breakfast.

Nice location in town.

Hotel had said there was an elevator to the floor of guest rooms: technically correct but the elevator did not start on the ground floor, so we walked up two flights to reach it. Also, there was parking but it was about 200 yards from the hotel in a public lot!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was great.

Shower was very large—windows were able to keep noise level low. Everything was very clean—staff helpful

Wish there would have been a real expression machine!
