nette kamer. alles lijkt vrij nieuw. nette badkamer. konden met korting bij het naastgelegen kasteel eten. ontbijt was goed.

erg gehorig. buren hadden erg veel lawaai. Hotel zelf heeft een erg oude uitstraling. zowel binnen als buiten. zeg maar gerust gedateerd. Maar dat doet niks af aan het verblijf.

- Super lokalizacja w środku lasu, super trasy spacerowe - zoo, kopiec, klasztor, samochodem w 20 minut do centrum, - Bardzo wygodny hotel dla zmotoryzowanych turystów, dzięki dużemu parkingowi raczej nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. - Elastyczna obsługa. Mieliśmy "bezzwrotną oferty", a syn ostatecznie z nami nie nocował, to obsługa bezkosztowo wymieniła nam jego śniadania na upgrade do śniadania w zamku, które bardzo polecam.

Nie można mieć wszystkiego i lokalizacja raczej dla zmotoryzowanych. Żona próbowała się wydostać z hotelu bez naszego samochodu i taksówki nie chciały podjechać pod sam hotel i trzeba było zejść do drogi.

The forest around the hotel is the best thing this hotel has. But there are no places where you can sit and enjoy the nature. Everything is in chaos. The breakfast was very good.

First of all, the hotel is, definitely, not a 4-star hotel. It is dusty, gloomy and without a good service. There was only one towel for a person. There is no face or hand towels. And of course, there is no towel to put under the feet when you go out of the shower. The shower gel and shampoo were of awful quality. Our room was dusty and dirty. While booking, I chose one big bed and my choice was confirmed . But there were two separate beds when we arrived. I informed the reception about it, but nothing was done. There was strange conversation that led to no changes. The main dissatisfaction for us was that the hotel was not what it promised to be - not a 4-star standard, it did not provide us with the appropriate bed, that was also promised, and we did not receive those “gifts” that were mentioned in a welcoming letter . Why promise? Some photos are not from this hotel but from hotel near there. Why promise you the view from the neighboring hotel?

Lokalizacja w pięknym miejscu, dobry dojazd do lotniska. Przyzwoite śniadanie.

Hotel wygląda jak gigantyczny socrealistyczny klocek-mrówkowiec i najlepsze lata ma już za sobą. (Zamek na zdjęciach to stojący obok hotelu budynek z restauracją.) Widać to po przestarzałych szczegółach i ogólnie zastosowanym minimalizmie w wystroju, gdzie spod nowej wykładziny wciąż przebija intensywny zapach poprzedniej epoki. Personel wyraźnie zmęczony, informujący tylko o niezbędnych rzeczach, bez żadnego uśmiechu czy zainteresowania.
