The location was great! There are good shops around..mac Donalds for the kids did a great deal for the kids. You can easily navigate to city Centre which was great.

Kyle was very helpful and friendly, especially as RBS blocked the payment and didn't inform me. Met us at the property and let us gain access early which was much appreciated :-) He also made a point of asking if everything was ok when I informed him we had left early, I did state everything was fine and just needed my own bed but on reflection I use reviews when booking things so felt it only fair to be truthful

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The oven was very dirty with unwashed greasy trays, we only ended up briefly using the grill, the carpets and sofa bed need a good steam clean [at the very least] and the beds are extremely small, so much so we left a night early as 2 people don't fit comfortably in the very small double bed. The photos on the website are very old. Some of the pictures on the wall are missing, the double bed only had one small flat pillow each yet the photo's imply a well dressed bed, also photo's make a point of showing toiletries and tea/coffee, none of which you get. Both bedrooms mirrored wardrobe doors felt like they could come off in your hands at any minute. The ironing board cover is half burned away [I used my towel on top of it] and it is so rickety it could fall down at any given moment. The whole place is tired and could do with a lick of paint and updated unchipped furniture which for £200 a night is a bit sub standard.

location was excellent. had a street parking which was quite convenient

bathroom has no lock. apartment was on the 2nd floor. pictures of the apartment are very old. the apartment is not that new as shown. bedrooms too small. Infact the double bed couldn’t get 2 people comfortable. one had to use the sofa bed in the living room.

Oven fullof grease, nearly set off the smoke alarm. Oven, carpets & sofa desparately need a good clean.

Good Loccation

The apartment is great for a holiday, clean, cozy and generally comfortable. Kyle is a lovely host. Shops are within a short distance. Park and playground nearby, which the kids enjoyed. Parking outside was never an issue regardless of the time. We will definitely return!

The stairwell did not smell great, but that is down to the neighbours.
