The staff were very friendly and the overall facility was very clean. They helped very quickly with an issue we had with our first room when we arrived. We paid extra for the seaview room which has a lot of issues ie phone, Wi-Fi, Television, air conditioning and safe were not working in the room, although we paid extra for the seaview room. They promptly moved us the next day into a room without the view but all amenities working. Breakfast was adequate but the restaurant itself didn't have much options so we ventured to nearby spots for dinner.

The staff was very helpful to arrange touring that I wanted, as well as other transportation. Staff were very pleasant to talk with. Breakfast and other meals were good in the restaurant.

Well equipped gym.

No water in room. I was told to take a shower in another room but without any explanation what I should do if I want to use bathroom in other circumstances. Bathroom was smelly because of water problems and because of that whole room was smelly. Water was also smelly. There was no phone tocreception in room. If I wanted complain I had to walk many stairs down to see that there was Noone on reception. During breakfast they served forks whiping them before with dirty clothes.

The beds were nice and the People were friendly.

It was really dirty. We asked the staff to remove the bugs 4 times and after 4 days, they wete still there. The walls and ridges of the room were really dirty. The shower was bad. Door wasnt really closing so all the bugs came in the room. Our room was really high so We had to climb 30 meters everytime. I would not recommend this place at all.

we booked 3 rooms as we were stranded on the island due to a storm. my parents woke up in the middle of the night to find a big rat eating their snacks.

everything is as described, very comfy beds. good choice of breakfast and lovely staff

the beach near the hotel looks very bad. Loads of rubbish and no (palm) trees. If you want to go to a nice beach you need to take a taxi or bike for at least one hour.

It’s nice and quiet. Hotel looks very clean. Staff is very friendly and helped me rent a scooter and did laundry. The location is alright if you rent a scooter. Rooms are well equipped with everything and the beds are very comfortable.

The pool is a bit small and the shower temperature is hard to regulate.
