Kitchen equipment well stocked. Even had spices for use. Location is close to nearby resort trams.

Only bunk beds. Could only get access code after downloading Vacasa and calling Vacasa rep. Check in 4:00 and checkout is 10:00 am. Cleaning person showed up at 10:00 to make sure we were out and said “ it would be easier” for him if we threw out the trash outside even though instructions clearly said we can leave it in the unit if we had a hard time with bear proof trash containers.

Getting into the place was a little confusing but we figured it out. Seems like it would have been easier to book through a bnb.

The property was fine and met expectations

The property management company was terrible. We called an hour before check in to find out if there was a place to leave our luggage on site. It was raining and we were being dropped off by a cab. The person we talked to was not familiar with the building, didn't know anything about the rental, just read what was in the app, and we were stuck hanging out on the porch an hour with our luggage for an hour.

it would be nice to have a change machine since it was tough rounding out quarters for the laundry machines.

Great location. Loved this property with good views in quiet town of Girdwood very close to Tram and ski resort. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped.
