The Villa was perfect! Full equipped kitchen with all the amenities. You cannot beat the location. Enjoyed the boogie boards, and paddle boards. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything as advertised. Support and communication from the property manager is exceptional. Pool is beautiful and a short walk to one of Maui’s Highest rated beaches. Personalized parking for those that are renting. And the complimentary hot yoga is great! Only one complaint, the marijuana smell from the parking lot on the other side of the road can be quite strong at certain times of the day.

Expectation were high and exceeded both my wife and I's expectations. Quality from the bedding to the bathroom to amenities, pool and available beach chairs, umbrella and buggie boards. Really enjoyed our stay! Low key but at walkable distance to food and stores. The place sets its self apart due to proximity to surfing spot used mainly by locals. I know the phrase is over used, but would hands down stay at Villas by the Cove.

This place is a gem. The villa itself was great and had everything you need. The property was great also with the pool, grounds, and yoga studio. The beaches out front were great for the sunset and there’s one that has sea turtles at night time. We didn’t realize that they had paddle boards until we were about to checkout. Really enjoyed this property and would rather stay here than a fancy resort.

We enjoyed a lovely string of days here. Well designed & decorated space. Management talked us through a TV snafu. (It wasn't them; it was us.) Only concern to pass along is sharp edges on fridge door and the coffee table could cut.

Fantastic garden bungalows steps from the sand and surf. Excellent Kihei location. Walking distance to food, drink and shopping. The units are beautiful, clean and modern. On-site Property Manager is a rock star. He took care of any question or issue we had. Trully a great property and an excellent value!

We stayed at villas by the cove on our honeymoon and it was perfect. The villa was nicely presented, as soon as you go past the main gate and walk to your villa, you know you’re on holiday. The little pool area and the plants make you feel like you’re in paradise.
The villa itself was clean and well kept. We were able to use the paddle boards and boogie boards that were provided - super handy having it stored just outside of your villa.
The location was perfect. Across the villa, is the cove beach where you can see locals rocking up and go paddle boarding/surfing. If you walk a little further down to Charley Young Beach, this place is amazing for sunsets. We watched the sunset every day - it was amazing.
There are so many food places around which makes this place the perfect location to stay. It’s also easy to get around - whether you want to explore the north island or the south, Kihei is a great starting point.
We’d love to come back here! If you’re deciding to book this villa, book it - you won’t regret it!

Beautiful, quiet, clean, well decorated villa complete with beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella. Staff was pleasant, responded immediately to any concerns ( not many!). The bed and bedding were delicious . Beautiful clean pool also. I would recommend.

Very clean & cozy villa across the road from walking into the ocean. Lovely accommodations with access to beautiful pool, bbq and cabana. Boogie boards and beach gear available to borrow.

I have stayed in Maui 3 times. The previous two times where in 5 star resorts. The Villas are better. Location, cleanliness, service, amenities, etc. You can't do better.

The condo was great, clean private, safe and ready for a party of two. Beach chairs need cleaning (some soiled spots), bed was comfortable and clean! I’d recommend adding a bathroom fan or noise defuser since the door allows all noises in and out. Had some difficulty getting the Nespresso to operate but eventually it worked. Overall a very nice rental, I will return.

AMAZING place for a getaway
Villa 8 could not have been a better fit for our family. It was modern, clean, and had a nice ocean view. It was also steps away from a fantastic pool that we used several times per day.
We loved our stay and hope to be back again soon!

Perfect location and beautiful space!
My husband and I loved our time here! It was the perfect location and so Central to everything. The pictures of the little bungalows / villas so t do the space justice. It’s a gated space, with beautiful landscaping…you feel secluded and private. Everyone staying was so respectful of the community space.
There was also free laundry which made the stay feel even more like home to be able to wash off the day. The villas also provided chairs, boogie boards and coolers…we really had everything we needed and will definitely be back!

An absolute treasure
I've been to Kihei a number of times over the years, but had no idea that this gem existed. This small mid-century + tropical community is the best place I have ever stayed in the islands. The location is directly across from the Cove where surfing, paddle boarding and snorkeling can be enjoyed all day and night. The villas are well appointed, clean and designed well for a smaller space. The interior is well thought out to optimize comfort while maintaining a modern and streamlined aesthetic. The kitchen was stocked with some basic essentials so even if you check in late, you don't have to worry about running out for some coffee for your first morning in town. Shahaf, the property manager is extremely friendly and helpful. He made a point to drop by our first morning to introduce himself and give us more information about the place. Each villa comes with some beach chairs, umbrellas, drying rack and a cooler - super convenient for a lazy beach day. There are 2 communal surfboard and 2 paddle boards for use and while its first come first serve, I never had a problem finding a board when I wanted to go out. The common area includes a pool, comfortable teak lounge chairs and a lounging/BBQ area under a covered roof. The location is central, so once you are on Kihei road, you can walk left or right and make it to great restaurants and bars. I would absolutely recommend this place - maybe not for larger families unless you rent a few villas, but for a couple, a friends trip or a smaller family, one villa is a great fit. There are larger offerings, but I booked this last minute and can't speak to those. All in all, a wonderful trip to end an challenging year. It was the most relaxed I'd been in 10 months.

Wonderful stay in Kihei
The villa was well appointed and comfortable for our stay. I also appreciated the gated location, as it felt very safe. Lastly, the location was fabulous- walking over to the park nearby to watch the sunset was the highlight of our trip.

Great find! Everything we needed and more and right in the beach.
Great location, beach and surfing right there! Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Turtles and whale viewing from the small private beach. Rental comes with beach chairs and everything you need. Property manager helpful and checks in with you onsite. Only complaint was the ground and maintanence crew who seemed to be around all day. We would recommend!

Location!
We love staying here because we can sit on our lanai and watch local surfers catch waves all day. We can walk to the grocery store, bars and restaurants. The location is terrific for a more local experience, away from high rises and tourist traps.

Gal was a great host, and shared with me their plans for upgrading the property. And one of the best places to see a sunset on the island is right across the street at Cove Park.
