Never traveled to Pensacola Beach, Florida we had no idea what to expect as it was unknown territory for us. When we arrived we had a fantastic reception from the property manager providing us with all the information needed to enjoy our stay. As we hopped on the elevator to the 10th floor we proceed up and right off the elevator the condominium is right there making for easy access. We unlock the door and boom the view hits you, it’s like nothing you would expect. The view was fantastic and the condo was amazing. As we are chilling relaxing from our travel out of the blue the Blue Angels buzz by it was absolutely amazing. Now our trip was the week of The Blues coming home which allowed us to get our own front row view of The Blue Angels practicing. If you are looking for a place that will exceed expectations then The Emerald Dolphin is your place.

The location was perfect, the condo was perfect, and the beach was perfect. We had a blast and would love to come back!

The property was fabulous. The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. It’s steps away from the ocean. The den was able to sleep my 4 and 6 year old comfortably. Downside was that you need to bring a lot of your own things (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc). For our stay, there was no dish soap provided, there was no washcloth for the kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel was provided. Despite this, we would happily stay here again.

That view 100000% !! Our 3 bedroom condo was amazing! Furniture, kitchen and decor had all the comforts and needs of home & the in-unit washer/dryer were very handy! The A/C was great and the kids said all the TV’s had plenty options ((but I wouldn’t know ~ I was on the balcony enjoying the ocean view the whole time))!!! Location! One mile from the “Pensacola Beach Ball,” access to the beach was easy as it gets, pool and hot tub wonderful, parking lot, elevators and grounds all great, convenience store & Peg Leg Pete’s right next door both a plus, and the Trolley stops right out front too! Area is beautiful, felt very safe, other renters and owners around were nice and helpful. Surfside Properties was easy to book with and kind to deal with. They personally reach out to renters ((I loved the personal touch and they didn’t bother us at all, only supplied a friendly face to make sure we were happy with everything & let us know they were only a phone call away if needed)). **Then ugh, after checkout, loading Jeep and reluctantly ready to head back to Texas… I realized I locked my purse in the condo, yikes! They responded and had me helped quicker than the elevator could get me to the 10th floor, and that was above and beyond in my opinion! So overall, we could not have asked for a better rental experience with Surfside Properties or better vacation relaxation in this unit! Did I mention that BEAUTIFUL ocean view!!!!!

Property was in a great location for beach access. Easy walk into town. Had a great size pool with a hot tub! Will definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved this condo with the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoyed many meals outside. We very much appreciated the personal service from Surfside Properties. It was nice having someone meet us at the condo upon check-in and show us around and answer any questions. Surfside was very responsive when some maintenance issues arose. Also appreciated the heads up beforehand that the swimming pool would be having some work done. Excellent communication before and during our stay. Condo is very comfortable with nice furnishings and was spotless. We were very sad to leave after a great 16 night stay. Thank you.

Amazing views, very spacious, plenty of seating and dining space, so close to the beach! We will definitely stay again!

My mom and I stayed in the condo for 5 days during a girls trip. The views are AMAZING. The condo was very clean and we loved the fireplace (we stayed in October so it was nice in the evenings ). There are no curtains- which did not bother us- but would be the only negative. Surfside Properties were very helpful and made the process easy. Highly recommend.

Loved the property and everything the condo had to offer!

The best part of this property is the location - right next to Peg Leg Pete’s - the best seafood on the beach. The condo is clean and well stocked. It’s not a 5 star hotel but is not priced as such either. The pool is terrific and the wall to the beach is short.

Property was awesome, clean, the cable/TVs were difficult to operate and the channels were in and out aside from that we loved it and they have a beautiful view of the ocean and this one over looks the awesome pool!

We loved our vacation! Even with some rain, we were able to enjoy our stay by taking advantage of the patio! The location was great, walk across the street to the beach, close to restaurants, a short drive to downtown Pensacola, and a gas station right next door for those forgotten essentials.

We had a great time. We love the Emerald Dolphin in general. You can’t beat the location - next door to a convenience store, 2 doors from Peg Leg Pete’s and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is big and kids loved it. The condo was well kept and clean. Check-in was early! We would definitely stay again.

Great- excellent communication with Jessica when we experienced some HVAC issues. We were so impressed when the issue could be fixed on a Saturday- thank you!!

We celebrated an 80th birthday in Pensacola with our family! From ages 8-80 we had a wonderful time and the property was very nice. We love Pensacola Beach, especially Ft Pickens road area and the convenience to Peg Leg Pete’s.

This was the perfect vacation. Easy access to the beach which was quiet, clean and almost empty. The condo had everything we needed and more (we actually brought a lot of stuff that we ended up not needing). It is right next door to a convenience store and there is a stop for the free trolley right out front. I can’t say enough good things. We will be back!

We love this condo, and have stayed in it multiple times. Communication with the management was easy. Condo was clean and in good shape. The Emerald Dolphin is convenient and never feels crowded. I highly recommend it!

My family of 7 stayed here from out of town and we do not regret it. The condo was clean and ready earlier than expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes needed to cook with and we got to enjoy meals and the beautiful dining room table while listening to the waves. I would recommend this place as it far exceeded our expectations!

The condo, the location and all the things that make a family vacation perfect defines our experience. The condo was larger than we expected, we were so pleased. The decorating was delightful and made the condo feel like an upscale beach cottage. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience, thank you!
