Room was an excellent size with everything needed including ironing board and iron. I was impressed with the size of the bathroom which had a full size walk in shower. Breakfast had plenty of choice including cook your own waffles and pancakes. If you like a cup of English breakfast tea best to take your own tea bags. This hotel was very clean in all areas and every member of staff we had contact with were very helpful and pleasant.

Beds were ok but for my taste could have done with a soft topper. Position of the hotel was about 20 mins walk from the centre in an area that is obviously under development.

The hotel was excellent. It is not in a great location for access to the city but it was quiet and pleasant. The staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful in every way.

The location for access to the city was disappointing.

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité et propreté des équipements et la restauration ainsi que le petit déjeuné sont top... les chambres sont très bien insonorisé, ce qui rajoute du confort :)

l'hotel est un peu éloigné des transports en commun malgré la proximité d'une station de vélo, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'espace vert à proximité.

Too remote from the city centre. The area around the hotel is very run down and would not be happy walking through parts at night. Could do with a seating area outside the hotel My main complaint was when booking a taxi to the airport, the hotel reception staff booked this and 3 different staff advised prices of between 50 and 70 euros but in the end it was 100 euros. I would definitely not used this transport Iif we had been advised correctly beforehand. Very disappointing

Room was fine. Hotel was close to station. Breakfast was ok. Excellent customer service from the front desk.

Dinner at night was not very good. Food was tasteless and waiter needed more training. He forgot the drinks and was off hand asking people if they knew what they wanted rather than would you like to order?

Très confortable et très calme, le personnel à l'accueil est multilingue et sympathique, petit déjeuner bon et copieux. La halle de restauration en face est très sympa pour le diner.

Le quartier n'est pas très vivant et en travaux, le trajet depuis la gare, même si c'est 5 à 10 mn, n'est pas très agréable.

Na minha opinião um quarto para 3 adultos deveria ter pelo menos 2 cadeiras

La partie douche et salle de bain sont propres et parfaites. Le lit très confortable. Et le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins.

Il manque les véritables cafetière dans la chambre, seulement une bouilloire. Les moquettes sont un peu sales et des notes par rapport à tout le reste de la chambre qui est très qualitatif et de bon goût.

La chambre était propre spacieuse et le lit confortable.

L’odeur de nourriture dans l’hôtel. Le fait d’être au 5ieme étage n’atténuait en rien l’odeur d’huile chaude et de poisson. Le prix. À la chambre annoncée à 147€, il a fallu ajouter les taxes de séjour et le parking car il n’y a pas de place dans ce quartier. Total de plus de 182 €…

Chambre spacieuse et propre

Trop de machines au petit déjeuner : pour le café,le thé , les yaourts, les gaufres, les jus… et pas évident lorsqu il y a beaucoup de personnes.

Staff were great. Valentina on reception was exceptional.

Not right in the centre.

Stora rum, sköna sängar, mycket bra frukost. Food courten mitt emot receptionen är trevlig på kvällen om man vill ha något enkelt att äta tillsammans med locals.

Det är bra om man har bil, lite sämre annars. Gå först 10 minuter till spårvagn för att komma till och från Bordeaux centrum.

Unsere Anfrage für ein Taxi zum Bahnhof hat nicht geklappt…. mussten zu Fuß gehen.

Well located if you have a car. Or else it’s 2 km away from the city Center . Comfortable stay !
