Dirty, old, tons of upgrades badly needed in the apparent!!! Overpriced, book beach front for the same price!!!

We liked that the location was close to everything we do around the area.

The room was nasty. Bedsheets had blood on them. Black handprints all over the walls on every wall. The pictures on the wall above the bed haven't been cleaned covered in thick dust and handprints all over the glass. The dishes had to be washed before we used them because they were covered in old food. The fire extinguisher was on empty. The floors/rugs were sticky. The kitchen counter was sticky. The a/c plug outlet wasn't attached and our 2 year old son could have stuck his fingers in there a got electrocuted. Furniture was broken.

We had an issue with no hot water in our first unit but Donna in the office went above and beyond and relocated us and gave us an e tra 2 day stay. We were more than pleased.

I appreciated the ease of getting into the room after a long day of work.I got an email with the pin and didn't have to deal with anyone.

They charge a 140.00 cleaning fee and the place was disgusting!We found a pair of shorts,underwear,and a towel with a hair ball wrapped up in it!There was no one to complain to.So we wrote a note with the shorts underwear and towel/hair ball next to it when we left.Big surprise we haven't heard back from the property!

How much stuff was in the unit

There was no breakfast and didn't need it as we have a kitchen in our condo. Location was great.

The BED...OLD MATTRESS AND BOXSPRING. I think we expected something at least fairly new. Our stay would have been lovely but we didn't get good sleep, which we expected to on vacation and paying what we did.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room. It met all my needs, except for the TV, which I couldn't figure out. That may say more about me than the TV. The balcony was a nice plus.

I would have preferred a firmer mattress and a kitchen table I could work more comfortably at.

Good location. Very clean the unit, laundry room and grounds. The grounds manager was very helpful to get the TV working.

The vertical blinds for the sliding door going to the deck had missing slats and need to be replaced or install new verticals.

Pleasant surrounding. Easy access to where we wanted to go

Awkward to get in door, lightbulb out in the bathroom, toilet paper roller broken, clock and remote needed batteries which we bought and took with us. Found a sock dropped and a cleaning cloth and the gilder rocker was broken and should be fixed or removed

Very clean, quiet will go back again

The location was great, the check in was easy and one room was really clean. The club house was nice. The grounds were well kept and having a fire pit available was great.

The rooms where way smaller then what was advertised. The pool was advertised as heated yet the water was freezing and it was way smaller then what was advertised , the sauna did not heat up and the rooms where very dated, one rooms porch was filthy.

I have stayed at this property twice now, different units. Its like a home away from home. I cant wait to book again here.

Parking lot needed salted. I stayed in the winter time.

The kitchen utensils and gadgets are very old and dated - also not the cleanest. Wish we brought our own from home.
