Everything!!! - Amazing view: We could see the entirety of Kusadasi and the ocean from our living room and balcony area. When you get to the roof where the pool is, the view is even more amazing! - Amazing apartment: The balcony is huge and offers a lot of space to sit outside, whether to have breakfast or whatever else. We had functional AC in the living room and both bedrooms, it offered us great pleasure when temperatures were high. The bathroom is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen area, including dining are, is massive. It offered us everything we needed to prepare our own meals. (Though, of course, eating out is preferable when in Türkiye.) They have their own private pool on the roof! We didn't see anyone else when we were there, could be a seasonal thing though. The water was rather cold, but when it's over 30° outside it should be fine. And while it is on the roof, because there aren't that many buildings higher than you, you don't feel watched. The 2-person bed was great. Didn't try the single beds. I'm a difficult sleeper, beds are just often never it, but had good nights of rest here. Do be mindful though that while this is a very quiet area, I did hear loud music from what I assume were Kusadasi clubs? I have no idea how loud it had to be to reach all the way up here... FWIW: My partner didn't notice it, so maybe it's just me. Point is, having some plugs with you JUST IN CASE won't hurt, which should be a universal rule anyway. TL;DR: You can definitely tell that this place puts its visitors' comfort on place numero uno. - Amazing staff: Zafer will answer any questions you may have The entire complex is kept spotless clean. Your rubbage can be placed outside of your front door, and it'll get cleaned up before you can say Jack Robinson. - Amazing parking: They have their own private garage. You get a remote key with which you can come and go whenever you please.

all amenities available. we did not meet the owner / manager, however Zafer was excellent and told us everything we required via WhatsApp. The apartment was modern, well equipped, spotlessly clean and just a very pleasant place to stay. Even though the apartment is towards the back of the building, the building design still allows uninterrupted views to the sea. We were very relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We selected ocean view room and the view was breathtaking. Zafar made the check-in very easy. he also helped to drive down to the city centre in buying SIM card. rooms are big, and two bedroom enough for family of 4. the only disadvantage is that, it only got one bathroom. else everything was super. Got full kitchen, washing machine in basement. location is close to city centre and taxi is easily available. highly recommended

We like this accommodation because we are familiar with where it is, what is provided and the friendly welcome. Last time we stayed in a larger apartment and loved it

We stayed in a smaller not so modern or well kept apartment this time. There were small things such as damp smell, cupboards needs readjusting, only warm water.

The view it's the best view in kusadasi, the owner are very friendly and the place is very nice, we love it!
