The location was great and we loved being able to walk to dinner at all the wonderful restaurants near by. Our host, Sandra Berube, was quick to respond to all of our questions. On the downside, our hot plate was broken; the air conditioner inconsistently leaked; no ice in freezer..we had to purchase ice; and our supply of paper products (paper towel, Kleenex and toilet paper) was very limited.

Sandra and her team were very communicative. The fridge in our place stopped working (out of their control) and Sandra made sure to take care of us by moving us to do a different property. Our new place was great and exactly what our family needed to rest and relax. Due to how they took care of us and the location and quality of their vrbo, we would absolutely recommend booking!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I for a long weekend. The location was great and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. One suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror somewhere outside the bathroom.

We loved this property, its location, communication with property managers, just everything. Would definitely book this property again. My friend and I stayed here for a birthday celebration. Loved having the two beds for each of us. Property was very clean, plenty of pillows, towels. Safe area. Thank you for having us!

Villages next door to Rosemary Beach
Overall, well done for a small space, however a few things to consider when staying. It sounds like people are moving furniture above you if people are staying on the floor above.
The room air conditioner dripped on my husbands forehead in the middle of the night and had to ask for extra blankets because the room is so cold even after turning up the unit. We also needed to ask for coffee pods for the Keurig as we are use to some items being provided with VRBO rentals and none were provided.

Cozy and cute
My daughter and I stayed here and it was very clean and perfect for the 2 of us. Only thing I’d recommend is to hang a mirror somewhere outside the bathroom so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Otherwise a lovely condo that I’d stay at again.

Noisy during Spring Break Peak Times
Our stay was not bad but it wasn't great either. During peak times this Village was a hot spot for young spring breakers which resulted in lots of partying and noise into the wee hours of the evening. Thin walls as we could hear the neighbors above walking and running. We had sleepless nights due to the noise. The condo also had a cooling unit above the bed that was dripping water onto my head/pillow. I had to switch and sleep with my head on the other end of the bed. The majority of the place was clean but the bathroom was clean-ish. I may just have high standards for cleanliness because I know others have reviewed it to be quite clean.
The pluses were that the owner did put thoughtful touches with the amenities they provided, the beds(including the pull out) pretty comfy, the location is very close to Rosemary and Alys Beach as the area is beautiful, the laundry is not inside the unit but about 5 steps away around the corner. Beach access is pretty close in the next community over but does get pretty packed so get there early to get a spot or else you will be out of luck. Again our experience seemed to be during a busy week in that area. We thought there would be minimal young spring breakers in this area but that was not the case. They were mostly concentrated in this particular Village where the condo was located.

Great area
This area is wonderful for both family and adults. Unit was cleaned prior to arrival and had more than enough amenities. Hostess was wonderful and answered and any questions promptly. Only concern is that half of the condos were under renovation to be rented out in the future and the area for parking was already full. Parking will most likely be an issue going forward and be a concern during peak times. Otherwise we will definitely be staying in the area again.

Awesome property. Close to everything you need and more. Highly recommend.
My only comment to add would be a better driving description once you arrive to Rosemary Beach. I drove past the turn in 6 times as it didn't seem right to turn into a business. Also, mention that you have to enter the building to find your room.

Great Location
Within a short walk to the beach, Rosemary and Alys. The Property Manager, Sandra, was quick to respond to any questions. The unit was comfortable and attractive, and fairly spacious for a studio. My only suggestion would be more lighting in the kitchenette area and bedside, and a full length mirror.

We came for a weekend getaway and stayed at this condo. It was a perfect location, we were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere! We loved that there was restaurants and bars right below our condo, so we didn’t even have to go anywhere. We will be back!

Great Studio in Seacrest Beach
Our family had a great stay in Seacrest Beach, and the condo was perfect! We love staying in The Villages because the location is so convenient and our boys love the 2 pools! This condo was perfect for us and was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our sons loved the Murphy bed, and it was way more comfortable than a pull-out sofa. The condo was super clean, well stocked, and very cute. We would definitely recommend staying here! The owner was great and very easy to work with.

Perfect Location
The location of this property is perfect. You're steps from the 2 pools for the Village, steps from the grocery store, breakfast/lunch spots and renting of bicycles. The picture online is EXACTLY how this property looks. The property is in fantastic condition (great kitchen appliances and excellent use of space). Absolutely zero issues! I would recommend a second mirror somewhere in the main living space because it is a little difficult to get ready in the morning with only the bathroom mirror.

Wonderful vacation!
We enjoyed our stay! The location is outstanding and we could walk everywhere. We did need an outlet repaired but the response was immediate and easily handled. We will definitely return and would recommend this property.

Perfect for Anniversary Trip
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a week for our anniversary. Everything was perfect! Sandra is very communicative and friendly and full of information. She sends en email before your trip with all the info you’ll need (make sure you get it because mine didn’t come through the first time, and I kept asking her a bunch of unnecessary questions!). Plenty to do right in your “front yard.” Short walk or tram ride to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent. I would suggest reserving yours ahead of time to get a front row spot!
All in all, we had a great time, and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Charming, Clean, & Close to everything. A perfect fit!
My husband and I spent several days enjoying 30A and this property really felt like home. It was immaculate, comfortable, and close to what we wanted to do and see. We were able to prepare breakfast for ourselves each morning using the hot plate burners and toaster, which we appreciated. Parking was close and easy, as well as the easy walk to the pool and beach. We did not utilize the tram because we enjoyed the walk. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic, and being able to rent bikes right outside the complex was great. We have zero complaints about this property, but there are some things to be aware of. The freezer does not make ice, so we did need to buy our own. Beach towels are not provided, which I did read in other reviews before traveling, so we brought our own. Depending on your length of stay you will need to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper. We ended up needing them. Also, a luggage rack would be helpful, but certainly wasn't a hindrance. Those are just some basics suggestions. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return when we visit without our children (we have 3 and this property would not accommodate that large of a family). It was the perfect experience for our first time on 30A!

Above expectation!
Wife, four year daughter and I stayed here for three days. Everything about the stay was 5 star. I guess our only complaint is have a darker curtain for us anti morning light people. Pool is deep and huge. Will stay here again.

Super Cute and Cozy Studio!
My husband and I stayed here for a four day anniversary weekend! Newly remodeled. Looks just like the pictures online! Very well appointed! It's perfect for two even though it has the pull down Murphy bed. Might be a little cramped with two kids. Great location! There is a beach tram available to take you across the road to the beach walkover. The beautiful pools are just steps outside the door. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere you want to go. Lots of shops and restaurants within steps including a shop downstairs that has an extensive list of sundries and grocery needs and lots of snacks and drinks! The room is located on the second floor so there is an elevator if you need one. It was very nice to have an (almost) full size refrigerator and freezer. Not just a mini fridge. The kitchenette is a huge bonus! Make sure to bring your own beach towels! Luckily we did bring some from home. Also if you use lots of bath towels like we do you might bring a couple of extra from home. Overall great space! Wouldn't recommend it for more than a three or four night stay just based on the size of the space. Would book this room again!

Wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here during a long weekend getaway to the beach. Everything in the unit is in great condition and space is well utilized. We absolutely loved the location and proximity to Rosemary and Alys beach. Seacrest Beach has several shops and restaurants to enjoy as well. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next beach getaway!

Fantastic family vacation in Rosemary Beach!
In a word, this place is awesome. My wife, our two daughters, 4 and 9, and I stayed here for 4 nights. Would have loved to stay longer. It is a studio with a king-size bed and a full size Murphy bed. Very comfortable. It has been newly renovated and is very well-appointed. Refrigerator, toaster, portable stove top, Keurig coffee machine, champagne flutes, wine glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, microwave... Pretty much everything you need. The bathroom is very nice as well. It is not a large place so if you require more space or have a larger family, you should look elsewhere. Think very well-appointed King hotel room. It is sort of located within the interior (a bit more private) of the condo complex with a large South facing window overlooking the small common "plaza" area. Short walk to the beach is very pleasant and not an inconvenience at all. Shuttle is available if desired. Restaurants, Donuts and coffee, Pizza, shopping, bike rental, all an easy walk or few steps. Two decent, but not resort-like, pools (one is a nice kiddie pool) are right on premises. The only weaknesses I would say are lack of a balcony to sit on for coffee or breakfast and lack of an ocean view. I suspect those luxuries are difficult to find. Wish we owned it. We plan to visit again!
