We had a fantastic stay. Our host was so helpful and provided us with great recommendations and very responsive. Location is great, nice quiet street but still only a 5 min walk to beach. Would definitely recommend

Remy's place was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, it was a quiet building and neighborhood and the location was great.
What really made this place special was Roxanne. She helps Remy manage the place and the check-in and check-out process. She was on top of every detail. She even noticed a smallvurn in the ironing board cover when she checked us in snd she purchased another one for us the jext day. We dodnt even ask. She gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations and things to do around town. She checked in with is throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and made sure we didnt need anything.
Nice and the surrounding area is a very special place. I cant wait to get back and i will absolutely be booking with Remy.

Apartment is in a nice quiet location; short walk to train station and the historic area. Very spacious apartment. We had an issue with the water heater breaking down. Was a bit of a hassle but owner was quick to respond and address the issue.

This property is a perfect 5-Star for this area.
The location is very central and absolutely ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Everything is within a couple of minutes walking distance. There are amazing restaurants and bars near by, it is very close to the fabulous beach and boardwalk, shopping, groceries, train station, etc. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, historic, luxurious and in a very safe, pleasant and relaxed neighbourhood. The kitchen area is a little small, but was equipped with all of the amenities.
A very special mention has to be given to the property manager, Roxanne, as she was absolutely spectacular to deal with and extremely informative and attentive to all of our needs. Roxanne was always available to answer any questions promptly and provided us with amazing suggestions for restaurants and things to do and places to visit in and around Nice. Roxanne is extremely pleasant to deal with and made our visit to Nice one to remember.

My wife and I stayed in Nice for 5 days and loved the apartment. The check in process was easy and our VRBO host Roxane was wonderful. She sent a dozen restaurant recommendations and she responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is in a quiet location yet centrally located near the ocean, train station, old town of Nice and dozens of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located very centrally in Nice. We took the tram from the airport and it let us off 5 minutes from the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk from the apartment and the area filled with restaurants and various markets. Old Nice is a short walk away. We were 10 minute walk from Nice Ville train station so we could easily get to Monte Carlo. The apartment is on a high floor in a lovely elevator building, with lovely details. The apartment is large and comfortable, high ceilings, great details. AC in all the rooms. Well equipped kitchen including a drip coffee maker. The second bathroom is on the small side with a small shower stall, however, plenty of hot water and water pressure, so was great. There is a balcony off the dining area and off one bedroom for enjoying the lovely views of the neighborhood. Roberto checked us in and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and Roxanne was our main contact. She is very communicative (while she was on vacation!) and has many suggestions for restaurants, the neighborhood and things to do, making sure everything is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights with visiting family members and had a great time. The apartment is well located to train station, beach, super market, old town and more. It was well situated with everything g we needed, living space, and 2 bedrooms and baths. It worked perfect for 2 couples.
Check in and communication was excellent. Roberto showed us parking and we pruchased 3 day pass. However, make sure you get the second ticket from the machine.

Spacious and well equipped apartment in a nice art deco building. Location is the best close to beach, shops, movies , all within 5/10 min walk . Lots to do by bus, tram or train. Extremely convenient.
Roxanne is fantastic, always connected and very accommodating.

We stayed for 4 days in January and found the accommodation very comfortable and in a great location to access the main areas of town walking but still being quiet at night. Roxane was extremely helpful and contactable if needed and having someone take us to the parking station was essential as it could have been tricky without the help.
We would definite recommend this for families needing more space than a hotel room can offer.

We had a great experience at this property. Our host was very helpful and proactive with communications. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we had all the comforts of home. Although there are many great things about this apartment, its best feature is its location: we were within a few minutes walk to the beach, train/bus/tram stations, groceries, shopping, dining and Old Nice. Apartment was very roomy, clean and well stocked. The property manager Roxanne is terrific, she was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us how to use everything in the apartment and gave us lots of great info about the area. She checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was going well. The location is incredible, in between 2 tram stops so travel to/from airport is a breeze. Several grocery stores within easy walking distance. Nice-Ville train station very short walk. The Promenade, the ocean, the pieton with shops/restaurants are all very close to walk. And Blvd Victor Hugo is a lovely tree-lined, upscale, residential street. I'm really glad we chose to stay here, it was perfect for us.

We were extremely pleased with the apartment and its location. Beautiful building and apartment. Stunning views and beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and the beach all in short walking distance. Very impressed with the attention to detail and assistance from Roxanne. She made us feel welcome and provided lots of good information and recommendations. Would book this property again for sure. Literally no complaints.

This apartment was the perfect location for our girls’ trip to Nice. We loved our time here and will stay again when we return.
The location was excellent - very close to everything; the promenade, restaurants and shops yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings were so comfortable; we also really enjoyed having some indoor downtime during our stay.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful the property manager, Roxanne was during our stay! She made the check in and check out process so easy.
She reached out in advance of our check in to confirm our arrival time and provided all the information we needed to get to the apartment.
She met us at the apartment, showed up around and answered all of our questions. She provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants.
Roxanne checked in with us often during our stay to ensure there was nothing we needed and made herself available to us for anything we might need.
Checking out was as easy as check in. Roxanne met us at the apartment and had us on our way very quickly.
Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant. We loved it and can’t wait to return.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by Roxanne , our host . As well as greeting us, informing us about the best places to visit and giving us a thorough induction she also immediately responded to any request we had. The location of the apartment is excellent,close to the old town and the prom. A great apartment and a wonderful host !

Our stay at this property was terrific - an easy walk to all the best that old Nice has to offer. The apartment is really spacious and i wish we'd had more time to cook in the nicely equipped kitchen. Plus, Roxanne provided fantastic recommendations - restaurants, beaches, etc. - for our stay. I will definitely book this property and with Remy/Roxanne again.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful thanks to the great location of the apartement. Small shops, the beach and great bakeries were nearby. Roxanna was also very helpful providing us with tips about nice restaurants to eat at. Moreover, we really enjoy being able to go back and forth to the beach very quiclky. We will come black and recommand the place without any hésitation beacause it was spacious, well equiped, tidy, luxurious and welcoming.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment itself was well appointed, large, and very well located to many good walking neighborhoods and the beach. It was very clean and the elevator and AC were very convenient. Roxanne was also a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help us get situated, providing recommendations and taking us to the closest parking garage to make sure we got the most cost efficient option. Would absolutely stay here on a future trip.

We loved our stay at this Nice apartment. It offered a simple, stylish decor with lots of natural light. We were appreciative of the air conditioning in every room. The walk to the beach was quick and lovely. A wonderful, lively food and shopping district was within easy walking distance as well. Roxanne was exceptional in her communication. Our flight was cancelled by Easy Jet from Bristol- 24 hours later we flew from Gatwick! Our check in time at the appartment was made easy with Roberto waiting for us and Roxanne ensured our whole stay was problem free with daily communication. My only criticism was one of the showers kept falling down on us, but we worked it out so it didn’t and it would have been nice to have had some basic provisions like milk, but we had crisps and biscuits. The towels were old but fine. A wardrobe was needed in the second room, and the mirror and table in the hall became our dressing table as there were no mirrors in the main bedroom. The beds were v comfortable along with the furniture. We would definitely go back, loved it.

Honestly, this was one of the best VRBO stays I have ever had and we use this site frequently. Roxanne (property manager) is an excellent communicator and available for any and all needs. The apartment is on a wonderful street, close to everything. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is very large by European standards. There is parking nearby if you have a car. The tram stop is close so it’s easy to get here. Best of all, Roxanne is an absolute gem and gave restaurant and activity recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our whole family loved this apartment and we were sad to leave.

This property is worth a visit , the location is great for exploring Nice. Close to the Station and tram service .
Stayed with friends for a week . There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Air Con is good . There is a small balcony to the rear of the property , but you not big enough to sit out . Overall impression was good for an old building . Communication with Manager Roxanne was amazing . Lots of recommendations , and she answered all our questions before and during the stay .

We enjoyed a wonderful week staying at Remy’s apartment. It worked perfectly for our family of four (two teenagers).
The building is a lovely 1920s design, and the lift and apartment have this character too. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, which included a few treats on arrival which was a lovely touch.
The location is ideal, a fabulous tree-lined road, close to the beach and all the main areas of interest, only 5mins from two tram stops and 10 mins from the main train station.
There are great little bakeries and mini supermarkets on the doorstep so you could quickly feel like a local!
We were well taken care of by Roxanne during our stay, checking in & out was very easy, she was always on hand to answer questions and provided really helpful recommendations on places to eat and shop.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and will be looking to come back next year!

From the time we arrived until the time we left, Roxanne, the Property Manager, was available for all of our needs and inquiries. She responded to our questions immediately even when she was out of Nice for a few days. We have used apartment rentals a number of times and have never found anyone as attentive or welcoming as Roxanne. My wife took ill soon after moving in and Roxanne was right there lining us up with a doctor to visit. She followed up regularly with phone calls checking on her health and seeing if there was anything else she could do. She makes this rental a must. The apartment is as advertised, very roomy, well equipped and the location could not have been better. Overall it was a bit cool but we kept room doors shut which seemed to help. But it was January so one has to expect this I guess. Parking was a five minute walk away and was excellent. We had a 2 week pass which allowed for unlimited ins and outs per day. Couldn't have been better. If coming from the airport without a car, the tram stops 2 blocks away from the apartment. Very convenient. All in all, a great place to stay.
