Had no problem at all we had previous schedule a home but it was canceled 3-Days before our trip. It was meant for us to have this home for the weekend.

There were three of us that met in New Orleans for the weekend and we were very happy with this house. The off street parking was great! The house was exactly as listed and we had no problems during our 4 day stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The was well kept and as advertised. Great communication from owner. Would rent again !

Delores was an awesome host! She was very professional and easy to get in touch with whenever I had any questions. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean…exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and within a short distance from almost anywhere you’d want to go. I look forward to staying there again.

Delores was excellent to work with. House was clean and very beautiful. Location was excellent. Several neighborhood streets were very bad but there were ways to get around them. Kitchen utensils were minimal. Excellent location for parking your vehicle.

The home was super clean and matched the description perfectly! The home is in the 9th Ward of New Orleans, but is far from typical of the stereotypical 9th Ward homes. I said that to say this... Don't let it's location scare you off. The home is by far the nicest home in that area, and we had ZERO issues while staying there for a whole month. All of the neighbors were super nice and inviting! We even got invited to attend the local church, which was less than a block away. Now on to the host... Mrs. Delores was by far THE BEST host that I've ever had! She was attentive, communicated effectively and promptly, and was available day and night! From the time I booked the home, until after I checked out (she even called me after we left to let me know that I had some packages that were delivered after we checked out, and I was able to go back and get them), Mrs. Delores was nothing short of amazing! 100%, without doubt, I will stay here again should my work bring me back to the NOLA area!

The host alone was excellent the house was beautiful and clean it was a girls trip house can sleep 8 people comfortably I enjoyed my stay people in the neighborhood were really friendly and helpful I will be staying here again

Very clean house. Close to many bars and restaurants. Semi close to French Quarter but easy to get there in 10-15 minutes. Owner was great to work with and responds very quickly!

Fantastic communication and everything we needed was there. Only suggestion I have is to add more furniture in the living room for more places for people to sit and chat.

The pictures online are very accurate. Home was very clean, beds were comfortable. Home is nicey updated in older neighborhood. Short drive to anywhere you want to go. Delores was very responsive to any inquiries. Would stay here again.

Our host, Delores, was awesome! She was always on hand for our needs, although we never had to call on her since she made everything comfortable & available to us. We were comforted knowing she was just a phone call/text away. The home was clean and set up beautifully. And the location was perfect. We were able to access all events & sites planned with a 10-15min car ride. Would definitely consider this rental again if we travel to NOLA in the future.

This home was amazing! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and feel right at home. Would highly recommend it!

This home is very spacious and the bedrooms are extremely spacious. There is plenty of closet space which was great for my family since we traveled to NOLA for a wedding. I was surprised with how close the home was to all of the main areas. We rented a car and it took us maybe 10-12 minutes to get to Jackson Square, Canal Street, Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, etc. We also discovered a really cute upcoming area in Bywater which took us 3 minutes to get to, in car as well. Bywater was awesome for brunch, coffee, and walking around. A few of our favorite places to eat around the house were Toast, Elizabeths, Country Club, and of course Popeyes =) In addition to the home being so lovely, I have to say, Delores was a great host. She sent us all the information that we needed for the home on time, always kept in contact via text, responded quickly, and offered assistance in anything we may have needed. Although she was easy to reach we actually didn't need anything throughout our stay. This home was great and we would definitely stay here again if we went back to visit. Thank you Delores!

It was a great place! Very happy with our stay. The location was perfect for hitting the French Quarter and Crawfish Fest! Very Clean, spacious living area and although the area looks rough, we experienced friendly neighbors.

We enjoyed the place and the area the young ladies next door to the rental property talked with us about the place, they were very interested in how many rooms were in the house and they knew the other owner's before you, the girls dance for us also telling me about their families and dance team, overall five star
