Beach House 2 blocks 2 fishing pier and Beach!!!
Neu renoviertes einstöckiges privates tropisches Ferienhaus. Nur 2 Blocks vom Strand entfernt und Spaß. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder für 6 Personen bequem. Meister hat Vollbad großen Flachbild-TV und brandneue König Matratze zweites Schlafzimmer hat brandneue Königin Matratze drittes Schlafzimmer hat brandneue Vollmatratze. Die Küche verfügt über alle neuen Geräte und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie jemals zum Kochen brauchen würden. Das Esszimmer hat einen Tisch für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Flachbildfernseher mit XFinity-Kabel und einen Highspeed-Internet-Blu-ray-Player. Es gibt viele DVDs, Brettspiele, Bücher und Spielzeug. Das Haus verfügt über Massivholzböden. Waschküche hat eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner. Draußen hat die Front Parkplätze für vier Autos. Rückseite des Hauses hat kleine Leinwand Veranda. Hinterhof ist sehr tropisch mit einer großen offenen Terrasse Sonnenschirm und Tisch mit Stühlen und einem Gasgrill. Im Nebenhof gibt es eine private Dusche mit heißem und kaltem Wasser sowie eine Wäscheleine für nasse Strandartikel. Es gibt Strandtücher und Stühle für 6 Personen Boogie Boards, Schwimmer, Sandspielzeug, Kühler und Sonnenschirm + Strandtasche. 2 Blocks östlich von unserer Haustür ist Deerfield Fishing Pier und 15 Strandrestaurants. Einen Block östlich von zwei Island Water Sports, wo Sie Surfbretter, Paddle-Boards, Fahrräder und Mopeds mieten können. 1 Block West ist der Intercoastal Waterway, dort befindet sich ein kleiner Park mit einem Steg und großartigem Tarpon- und Schlangenfischen. Wir sind zwei Meilen von Dixie-Tauchern entfernt, wo Sie Tauchausrüstung mieten können und die zweimal täglich Tauchbootsausflüge unternehmen. Sobald Sie hier sind, brauchen Sie nicht wirklich ein Auto und es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle nachts, der Sie zu allen Restaurants bringt.

The house was exactly as advertised. Great location with everything we needed. The a/c worked great and was nice to come back to after being out in the heat. There were plenty of supplies in case we needed them.
Anything you might need for the beach was provided, and it was just down the road and easy to get to. Unfortunately, the pier was closed for construction, but everything else nearby was nice and convenient.
We'd definitely stay again! Thank you, Guy, for your attention to detail!

The town of Deerfield Beach was busier than I expected, but Guy's property was tucked away a block from the action. Best of both worlds - close to the beach but quieter at home. Guy was easy to get ahold of and made sure we had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a godsend for getting sand off. A/C made the home very comfortable when we arrived home hot and tired. I'd stay here again.

This house is in the perfect location—-walking to beach and numerous restaurants and stores. The house has EVERYTHING you need for the beach, which makes it perfect for any kind of group. We loved the outdoor shower too!

This adorable vintage bungalow was clean, ideally located, and well stocked for our girls’ getaway. We (3) were very happy with the easy walk to the cutest coffee stand on the corner as well as restaurants, shops, and the beachfront. The house had all the beach essentials we needed and the host, Guy, was very accommodating.

What really stood out was the attention to detail on the amenities at this home. Right from the ability to park on the front lawn, steps from the door, the 4 Adirondack style shares for relaxation in front of the house, the very cool welcoming air conditioning and suntan lotion, shampoo, cleaning supplies in the kitchen, coffee, ice maker full, paper towels, on and on! Even water in the fridge.
Comfortable beds, spacious backyard for relaxing, outdoor shower. This place was incredible. The house is a short walk (like 4 houses) to the center of town... and then another block or so to the sand.
We met the owner and he is very personable and very easy with whom to communicate. An outstanding experience!

The house was extremely clean and maintained. Within couple of blocks from beach and numerous shops and eating choices. The host was very accomodating and provided many small items many do not consider from soaps and laundry needs to cleaning supplies.

This house is located in a PERFECT location to walk to EVERYTHING!!! It’s cozy and comfortable and matches the description and then some. There is much more BEAUTY to this home than is listed. There's so much Love and Time invested in the home. Guy was very attentive, friendly and easy to communicate with. He made sure we had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed. We stayed here for 9 days . The place is probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at near a beach. And it is close to the beach! Short 5 minute walk and with the cart, towels, chairs, and the completely stocked house you really don’t need to bring many beach supplies. The place is very nice, great grilling area and the outdoor shower is hands down a great idea ! Guy is a very nice and an attentive host , we got a short walk through when we arrived which was very nice. We will be back ! 5 stars.

The beach is a short walk (even my 4 year old easily made it multiple time a day) and the house has just everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
Within walking distance are several great restaurants, coffee shops and stores and the beach.
Guy is a magnificent host.

After searching the internet for a place to stay in the general area of Fort Lauderdale for a couple of hours, I settled on this property 100% because of the glowing reviews. And… I was not disappointed. I’ve stayed in bigger, fancier, more modern accommodations while traveling but NEVER a place so well kept. The place was spotless. It was also incredibly well stocked. In addition to plenty of towels, bedding and kitchenware; beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, coolers and more were available for use. How great is that? Also, the property owner, Guy, is a tremendous host! Incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive. We’re already planning our return!

The house was immaculate and well stocked. There are so many items to make your stay easier. We walked everywhere- the beach, restaurants and to shops. This place is a true gem and Deerfield Beach is a wonderful beach town.

The property is even better than the pictures! Very clean, wonderful location, and prefect for when you are traveling with kids. We really appreciated all of the access to the baby/kid gear so we didn't have to bring extra stuff or rent it. The location cannot be beat!

We were supposed to be on the gulf coast, but Mother Nature forces us to make a change. We found Deerfield Beach, which we never visited prior. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space and very clean, and is positioned in a great spot for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a great time and Guy was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the great memories!
