Need change the room 3rd floor full of bad smell ,upon request it was changed

We had booked this property from 2nd of May 2023 as we were going to arrive on 3 rd May early morning around 3:00 am . We arrived and our room was not ready. They told us to wait for 10 mins till they found a room. We had booked Superior Family room as we were 2 adults with 2 children, but were given standard room which was full of cigarettes smell. And on complaining they moved us to another room where the bed sheets were dirty. They said that , this is the only room that they can give for the money that we had booked the room for.There were hair on the bed and on the floor, even on the bathroom floor. Everything was dirty. On our request they gave us bedsheets for our children. The room was super cold. The behavior of the staff was disgusting. The next day the main manager shifted us to the room that was booked by us. But the staff that did the wrong , still did not apologize for their wrong doings. To tell the truth, please don’t book this hotel of you are traveling with your kids . It’s is the worst that we have been to. To add to our experience, I saw that the same thing repeat with other clients. They were waiting for 1 hour to get their room. They got fed up and left.

Very friendly staff. Located away from all the city traffic. Clean and no fuss room.

A little further away from Nizami street. However you can take an uber from here to city center for as less as 3-4 mannat

Wifi signal strength was low towards our room. Could be improved.

Location is very good, breakfast menu should be upgraded, very less options available for breakfast.

Our room was on the ground floor, hence city view was restricted
